The company Traveling Gives Pleasure gives very poor service. They provide Khatara car with Unprofessional driver. They provide Thaka hua hotel with Lower quality food. I had a very bad experience wit (Read More)h this company. The company and their Executives makes a fool to the customers specially Parvesh the Executive of the company. I had taken the shimla package from 30.09.21 to 02.10.21 and we faced the above problems. I warn to the people don't take the tour package from this company. Traveling gives pleasure. HI All, Travelled(06 night 07 Days) : Delhi (2 Night )-Agara(1 Night )-Jaipur(02)--Ajmer I am writing this review to save people times and money, Even I had seen some bad reviews about this tr (Read More)avelers before taking trip but Parvesh convinced me that its for different location. I was traveling with 1 year child and my senior citizen Parents, Sister and Wife. I must say they have spoiled my whole trip. 1. On 1st day they given Innova car Personal Passing not travel Passing with driver name Pardeep car no. HR:38 S2602 ( See driver review below ) --He was very unprofessional and untrained, He dont know any place ; All places we have to google it before leaving. --Apart from this he was so rude person, fought with me in Delhi while going to Agra( Abuse me and my family ) --when I have escalated, Travel team not changed car they have continued the same car --Driver has Steal my Super-dry jacket worth rs 8000rs ; when I was going to log FIR ; This people assured me that They will take care of this issue however once trip ended so called Senior Person Named as Shravan has raised there hand, as now I am in mumbai cant directly log FIR against this idiots I have mailed to Commissioner of Policy ( Agra) today waiting for legal response. 2. Once I have reached to Delhi Hotel ( Hotel Fortuner ) we reached 9:30am ,I have informed this to travel agent as well Parvesh convinced me that He convey my message to hotel same but when we reached room was not ready. --After 40min we got room, no bath soap and towel was available , Immediately they have given Soap however Towel they have provided after 1 hours 30min ( I had long argument with hotel and Parvesh) 3. During the Trip Parvesh , support was pathetic and not client centeric , He always acting like handicap who dont have any authotity to do only taking money is his work. 4. In agar Jaipur Previous driver has dropped us on hotel and run away , in Early morning I got to know that driver has run away then they have arrange new cab. 5. New driver was very professional however they have hired this driver on very cheap rate so he was hesitating to explore all sightseen. --In Jaipur we have covered only Amer Fort and Chowki Ghani and Hawa Mahal --We wanted to go for Jaigad and Nargad fort but they denied to take me as I already had back experience I did not said anything and Agree. 6. When I booked this trip I have asked to Ajmer and Pusker trip but they have denied to take me pushkar and in Ajmer only Dargah and one Musseum we have went. this people are only run for money not for client service, if you really wanted to spoil your trip go with this people.
