The tour operator has absolutely no idea of the rules in the Basecamp. On 12th june, he told us that the helicopter tickets are confirmed but he couldn't show us the softcopies as they were not booked (Read More) at all. He kept us in dark till the day of our tour. The team does not coordinate with each other. In srinagar hotel, we had to wait outside for 15 minutes since there was no room booked. A very lousy operator.

Ma'am you had booked the complete package with us in which 2N were given in Sonmarg and rest in Srinagar and Pahalgam as per your request. According to your flight tickets which you shown us later we (Read More)have to change your plan that's why you have to wait for 15 min at Srinagar hotel... We didn't charge a single peny for the modifications and in the result you are posting these reviews
Also the Helicopter tickets were not given due to local real time cancellations...
You are advised not to procced via trek to Amarnath but you did it by your own so how could we suggest you the ground reality ?
Rather thanking us, you are highlighting our points but you didn't mentioned the fact that we are coordinating with you guys in midnight also as we are concern about your security.

I recently booked a honeymoon trip to kashmir with Tourholic.
The hotels that were booked were not good.
We had booked a breakfast and dinner package and there was no proper dinner at the first ho (Read More)tel in Srinagar being a 4star.
Later at pehelgham our package mentioned a deluxe room but we were given a standard room at a very bad hotel. We had paid 9000 for the room but the room was terrible and without heaters or geyser
On calling them they told me they will check and upgrade. I left the hotel and was booking myself into another place. The trip coordinator promised me that he would get me the room at a cheaper rate online but he couldn't deliver his promise and when I tried to book again after 30mins the price jumped by 5k because it was the last room available.
Their driver was also not professional as he stopped for lunch at only one restaurant on all days for lunch as he was getting his cut from there. Also on the last day we were pre booked to visit a few places. He told us it is shut and when we found out locally they told us it was open to visit and we did.
I will suggest everyone to not book through these guys ans book through more well known agencies as they nor the people who work for them there are professional.

Thanks for reviewing us... We had offered our best hospitality and 24/7 assistance and As you have mentioned many things so I want to clarify the same :
- The hotels which we booked was chosen by (Read More)you only, amongst the 3 hotel option given and all the hotels are 4 star.
- You had booked the package with only breakfast plan and at the last moment when you were in Srinagar you requested to convert it Dinner plan, so that's why there were incomplete arrangement for Dinner.
- We will provide standard room in Pahalgam that thing was communicated after the booking processed and i have a valid screenshot for the same... Also we have upgraded your room to Deluxe premier at free of cost... you have not mentioned that
And the HOTEL HEEVAN is one of the finest 4 star riverside hotel in Pahalgam which you are saying was bad... Every room there have heater and geaser facility... Sorry to say i dont know about your expectations then...
- I tried hard to save your cost for booking to another hotel, but now you are highlighting this in a wrong way... And its not possible that online price will hike just in 15-20 mins...
- Our driver told you there are 2 points which might will get closed due snowfall because the you are talking about will be covered by the Local union taxi so why our driver will deny to go there...
Rest i only want to say if you have highlighted the negative facts so you should highlight the positive part also which happened in the trip...

I’m fully satisfied with all the arrangements done by Mr. deepanshu and staff. Thankyou for getting all the arrangements done in a perfect manner. Our journey was smooth and didn’t face any difficult (Read More)y during the trip. All drivers and staff were very polite and helpful. I’m giving 4stars just because of that one hotel issue which was then resolved when we had a word with the hotel owner, apart from that everything was very Good. I would surely recommend Tourholic travels.
