Stayed in 4 hotels — all terrible. Dirty rooms, no hot water, broken heaters, insects in the bathroom, and freezing tents at Pangong. Staff unhelpful, some even laughed at complaints. Hidden charges everywhere. Totally unprofessional.
Avoid this company if you care about your comfort, money, and peace of mind.

Booking with Tourist Point was the biggest mistake of our trip. The hotel they provided was absolutely disgusting and nothing like what was promised. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, no hot water, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. When we complained, Tourist Point simply ignored us (Read More) and said “this is the best available option.”
The hotel was located far from the main city, in an isolated area with no nearby food options or transport. We felt completely unsafe, especially at night. Staff at the hotel were rude and unhelpful, and even basic amenities like towels and drinking water had to be begged for.
Tourist Point promised a “3-star stay” but this hotel wouldn’t even qualify as a 1-star lodge. They clearly don’t inspect the properties they book. This company is highly irresponsible and money-minded — once they get your payment, they vanish.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment — do NOT trust Tourist Point with your travel plans.

Tourist point is not professional service. They are taking only money with itinerary and not providing such service. I have taken kerala package with shivani. She handed over to us with local cab manger Mathew abraham who is rude, manner less and unprofessional person. He spoil my trip completely. Not provided all side seeing point at every day. Cab not provided on time evey morning. Waste my 1 (Read More)whole day in kochi. He did argument with me. Shivani and her team is only sales person for taking money not able to control trip. The cab manager(Mathew) given headache while trip in every point. He is deceiving people while trip. So dont go with this company for wasting time and money.

As our trip to Kerela and Tamilnadu has ended today, so I would like to share our experience with Tourist Point. It was our first trip with tourist point and we were not really sure about the services/facilities but still go ahead with it. Initially we have communicated with Mr. Shivkumar and he has given us the best offer within our budget including all the places which we wanted to cover (as per (Read More) our itinerary). Further, Mr. Sachin has taken up and he has suggested us some end moments changes which we really don't want but.... During the trip we realised that all his suggestions were in our favour and remarkable. The best part was both of our resorts/Hotels were 02 mins walking distances to the beaches. Talking about breakfast ...in all the hotels we had really delicious and healthy breakfast which truly made our morning good...Also the Driver Mr. Rakesh was really chill person and suggested us best way to explore the places, sometimes he has taken us through those places which are not in our itinerary just for ourselves to had a good experience.
Truly it was a such a experience to have you all guys Mr. Shivkumar, Mr. sachin and Mr. Rakesh in our this memories. Thank you for being a part of our this journey and making it so memorable and smooth for all of us...

Sachin Gupta is a manner less guy. After receiving the payment he won't help you in anything. In my Kerala trip Booking was done in a far away hotel which consumed most of my time and I was not able t (Read More)o cover side scene properly. They are unprofessional and don't know how to set the itinerary. There is lot of communication gap. They take their money afterwards don't pick up ur call and if they pick up they won't listen to anything.

Very bad management, drive was rash driving when we told them to change the driver they denied the request. Booking agent put allegations like drinking on us and what not.

First of all, Mr. Siddesh, we don’t believe you are in a position to judge or leave a review. You and your wife shouted at the driver, using inappropriate language. After that, you left the hotel in t (Read More)he middle of the night without paying the Rs 10,000 owed to the driver.The driver tried to reach out to you multiple times, but you ignored him completely. You took all the services we offered and left without paying, and now you’re posting a review about us.

They were very Professional and thorough with about what they are offering to the customer. Even though we had faced issues like ill health, they were very accommodative, and they tried to be in constant touch through calls and WhatsApp. A big shoutout to Tourist point executives Shivani and Sachin who made our travel less exhaustive and comfortable.
Everything was perfectly arranged and managed on day-to-day basis by the executives personally. They didn't leave any room for us to complain.

The experience with TouristPoint for a week-long trip to Manali and nearby areas was extremely disappointing. The cab driver lacked knowledge of the places and was always rushing to reach destinations (Read More). At one point, I was unexpectedly left at Mall Road without any notice or return arrangement. When I asked for a separate cab, the owner refused and suggested I manage my own transportation. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Sachin Gupta is the worst man who does not even know how to deal with a customer and he took rs 22500 for two days in the name of package and cancelled the trip midway and did not give any benefit.. a (Read More)nd his junior is Shubhankar, he traps the clients by talking good and then talk to the senior later.... and I have every single proof and recording against him, whatever he has done and said... I had a very bad experience with him...
