I booked a Kerala couple tour package with Tourist Point Tour and Travel, and unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing.
1. Driver & Vehicle Experience:
The driver provided was unable to understand or speak basic English or Hindi, which made communication extremely difficult throughout the trip. I had clearly mentioned multiple times during booking that I required a driver wh (Read More)o could understand Hindi or English, but this request was completely ignored.
Additionally, I specifically requested a car with full luggage space, as we were traveling with bags. Despite repeated follow-ups (5–10 times), they provided a car with a CNG gas tank that occupied the entire boot space, making it very inconvenient to store luggage.
The driver also did not follow the agreed day-wise itinerary, which further affected our travel plans. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the driver and vehicle service.
2. Hotel Experience:
During the trip, we stayed at 5 hotels. Out of these, only one hotel in Kanyakumari was decent. The remaining hotels were very poor—old properties, unhygienic, and not well maintained.
The hotel in Kovalam was especially bad, with no privacy and a very uncomfortable environment. Overall, the company seems to prioritize very cheap hotels without considering hygiene, basic comfort, or customer experience.
Service & Support:
After the trip started, the Tourist Point Tour and Travel staff became unresponsive and did not provide proper support. Many of the services promised at the time of booking were not delivered.
Value for Money:
The total package cost was ₹45,000, but considering the quality of service provided, it is worth no more than ₹30,000–35,000.
Final Verdict:
A trip is meant to be quality time with family, but this experience was stressful and disappointing. The company appears more focused on maximizing margins and commissions rather than customer satisfaction.

Excellent services, hotel and cab service
The only good thing that they gave us was a good driver. Even they scolded the driver sometimes when he was showing us some nice things well suited with timmings.
Communication: The Communication lacked consistency and commitment. That is, they told us that they have changed a hotel after the tour was
started! That too when we did not had
any chance to inspect or consider the
choices.
Accomodation: In the itenary they said to give us 3 star hotels but one of the hotels they gave us was 2 star. Which did not had wifi, toilet flush was not working, had (Read More) problems with the staff, even to give water for drinking, insects in the room and more. Also the room decided was triple sharing, but in most cases one person had to sleep on ground.
Itinerary: The places were not odered according to a logical travel path choices. Some places could not be completed because of that. For example a trekking place - Agasthakodam was included for an evening. Which is not possible as it require one whole day!. Thanks to driver he showed us other things nicely.
Value for Money: no satisfaction at all. We demanded a little bit of compensation which they didn't condiered too.

Stayed in 4 hotels — all terrible. Dirty rooms, no hot water, broken heaters, insects in the bathroom, and freezing tents at Pangong. Staff unhelpful, some even laughed at complaints. Hidden charges everywhere. Totally unprofessional.
Avoid this company if you care about your comfort, money, and peace of mind.
Booking with Tourist Point was the biggest mistake of our trip. The hotel they provided was absolutely disgusting and nothing like what was promised. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, no hot water, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. When we complained, Tourist Point simply ignored us (Read More) and said “this is the best available option.”
The hotel was located far from the main city, in an isolated area with no nearby food options or transport. We felt completely unsafe, especially at night. Staff at the hotel were rude and unhelpful, and even basic amenities like towels and drinking water had to be begged for.
Tourist Point promised a “3-star stay” but this hotel wouldn’t even qualify as a 1-star lodge. They clearly don’t inspect the properties they book. This company is highly irresponsible and money-minded — once they get your payment, they vanish.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment — do NOT trust Tourist Point with your travel plans.
