Trip to Kullu, Manali

I had a very good experience overall with the travel agency. They arranged everything smoothly—bus tickets, hotel stay, food, and cab services—so the trip was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, and the food quality was good, which made the stay pleasant. The cab arrangements were also well-coordinated for most parts of the journey. There were a couple of minor issues. We exper (Read More)ienced about a 1-hour power failure at the hotel, and at one location, the cab didn’t have the required permit to enter, which led to around an hour of waiting. These didn’t ruin the trip but could definitely be improved. Overall, a well-managed trip with good service. With a bit more attention to such details, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I would rate it 4 stars.

Value for money trip, Overall good experience from this travel company.
Detailed plan was not communicated properly especially for Kufri location.

Good experience with them Hotels are familiar and neat and clean staff are also good and friendly Cab facility and their driver Sanjay is also friendly and helpful in guidance Mohini ma'am make a good tour plan and their management is top notch 👍
