What's Good: My wife and i booked a Vietnam/Cambodia trip with S Vietnam Trips. Gracie, Tina and their team did the utmost to make our trip enjoyable. They set up all the logistics perfectly an (Read More)d kept up all their promises. Gracie was most helpful and patient while planning the trip and customising it to our needs. I commend this agency for their professionalism and friendliness. I would gladly recommend them for anyone else. Their English speaking guides were good and they helped us to soak in the friendly Vietnamese & Cambodian cultures. There were no hidden costs and everything was superbly taken care of. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the 10 day vacation organised by them.

From our arrival in Hanoi late at night when we were warmly (Read More)welcomed by Tina at our boutique hotel to our final sendoff, we were taken care of every step of the way.
In each city, we were met by a driver and a tour guide at the airport and escorted to our hotels. Every tour we took was complete with a driver and guide, and each guide was excellent. The guides had a wealth of information and historical knowledge and an impressive command of the English language.
What truly set SVietnam Travel apart was their exceptional responsiveness and cost-effectiveness. Their can-do attitude impressed us most, whether assisting with our Vietnam visas, extending our tour at the last minute, or making changes to our hotels. Ms. Tina was very flexible with any adjustments we needed, and she responded to our questions with alacrity.
All hotels were 4-star or better and served the most delicious breakfasts, all included.
Finally, we would highly recommend SVietnam Travel without any hesitation. The travel agency made our trip one we will long remember.
