Just now finished 10 days trip and waiting for my flight in chandigarh. We had worst experience in stepin holidays, don't go by their itinerary, they will never follow. On paper something and reality (Read More) different. Worst vehicle given, driver is another big fraud, travel at 40 to 50 kmph, and says time over. We missed 8 places as per itinerary. The purpose of stay in Amristar is for Golden Temple, he denied to take us, we need to take auto and just see outside. Suggestion never take this package. Ritu part of travel desk, was very rude, did not coordinate with hotels, we need to coordinate with hotel and get the location, she keeps yelling at us over the phone, very bad experience after spend 2 lakhs for 7 members, suggested not to take this package in stepin holidays

From start to (Read More)finish, the trip was well-organized and exceeded my expectations. The accommodations, particularly the hotel in manali were amazingly located surrounded by mountains. Our tour organiser, Ritu, was exceptional—She understood our expectation and worked accordingly to our itinerary.
The included meals were delicious, in Shimla and Manali. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend step in holidays(Ritu) to friends and family. Thank you for making this trip memorable.

Recently had a trip with this travel and feel not comfortable with management. They will never accept in adjustment in the tour plan and they will charge more if any small change in the trip even thou (Read More)gh it will cover same distance.

we clear all point one by one .. you booked package though us of kullu manali and Delhi and Agra only Not Mathura viridian package ... on second day of trip when you going Delhi to Ma (Read More)nali by car you called me and told me do me one favour we want cancel Delhi hotel booking for one day and give stay at vrindvan ... we said we talk to hotiler if they ready we can cancel the booking of Delhi hotel.. he stayed at manali 3 days in snow castle hotel in royal suites room .. in 03 days they have no issue in service.. and we cancel these booking at hotel Delhi one day and refund amount for one day hotel booking we told you book hotel by your own at vrindvan ..driver took you each and every place of sightseeing which we mentioned in intenary ..and sir your friends already taken service though us... they only referred you ... when he cancel hotel booking he and his wife very polity talk after that he talk too much rudely to ritu .... after we cancel hotel booking and after that you said didn't adjust in package ..you all knows hotelier policy they cant cancel booking before 7 days of arrival date .but after that we cancel the hotel booking and we refund Amount ... And he is agree on tour and wahtsapp he is happy with hotel service and car driver... there is no option to update cancel booking and refund Amount slip screenshot we update in this review . sorry to say sir but at least put a genuine review which u taking service tough us ... ALL HOTILER AND ORGANZATAION HAVE CANCELATION POLICY .. WHEN YOU BOOKED PACKAGE THOUGH US WE GIVE PACKAGE ITS CLEAR MENTION DONT CHANGE IN PACKAGE EXPCET BEFORE ARRIVAL OF 07 days ... .AFTER THAT WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IN DELHI...BEACUSE OF YOUR COMFORT ONLY... I have taken my family trip to Shimla Kullu Manali Chandigarh, it was well arranged and we family of 14 including my grandchildren fully enjoyed the trip.
My thanks to Ritu w (Read More)ho has coordinated the tour taking care of everything from the start to completion.
My thanks also to ritu she was calling me every day to find out how the tour is going and whether we require any help.
We have toured extensively and covered many foreign countries and many places in India and abroad using Sita travels kox and kings Thomascook sotc and more.

We booked for Manali trip for 4N/5D through step in holidays and our tour manager ritu and she arranged everything perfectly, all the hotels were very good and the service provided was good too and (Read More)the food was great. Everything went smooth as planned and itenary given by ritu Our driver over there was very informative, he knew all the places of tourist interest and the local famous food restaurants, the car we were provided was neat and clean. I have booked Shrinagar,pehalgam,katra, Amritsar tour with step in holidays for 20adult and experience was great. Thanks to ritu mam from step in ho (Read More)lidays who managed everything well as per plan. Cabs were good and drivers are really professional and well behaved. Hotels/ properties some how to work on it but food was also good in provided hotels. I would recommend step in holidays tours for safety and certainly would plan other parts of India with step in holidays in future.
