She would always (Read More) ensure she makes time for me even after hours, to ensure I have the best tickets selected. I have been working with Sana for the past 2 months trying to lock down my tickets, and even after numerous changes from my side, Sana would always help me and go above and beyond to find the best fare for me. She is the best travel agent, and I will continue to book my tickets and my family tickets with Sekap Travel.

Booking tickets with them is fine but they do not have any control when You have to make changes.
They also make mistakes in Entering information in ticket creates lots is problems for traveller.
I (Read More)would not recommend this agency if you want to travel hassle free.
I have long story to tell but I think other people have explained enough.
I have followed up for 6 months for these guys almost everyday for my booking which was confirmed in April and got the tickets in November with different destinations which we have decided to got around our hassle.
I would not give single star.
