This hotel gave me one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences of my life. After confirming my booking and paying the full amount, I traveled to the hotel expecting a normal stay. But after reaching the hotel, everything turned into a nightmare.
Despite having a confirmed booking, the owner and manager suddenly canceled my reservation. THEY HAD ALREADY TAKE MY MONEY, yet refused to ho (Read More)nor the booking. When I asked calmly for a reason or refund, their attitude changed completely. They became rude, aggressive, and threatening, which made me feel unsafe.
There is no professionalism, no customer support, and no respect for guests. If you reach the hotel after traveling long distances, be prepared to be treated badly and left helpless.
? Transportation is a serious issue here
The hotel is located in a very inconvenient area with poor transportation facilities.

I had the worst experience at this hotel, which is run by two brothers who are the owners. I booked a room and paid the full amount in advance, expecting a normal stay. But when I arrived at the hotel, the nightmare began.

The hotel is in a badly connected area, and taxis or autos are extremely hard to find. If your booking is canceled after reaching the hotel, you can easily be left stranded with no support.
There is no accountability, no honesty, and no respect for guests. These two brothers seem to prioritize taking money over providing any service.

Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. You may lose your money, face harassment, and struggle with transportation. There are plenty of other safe and professional hotels—avoid this one completely.
Nice planned and well coordinated
We had tour package of Sikkim n Darjeeling. Wonderful trip organized by Sarovar Holidays. All itineraries were fabulous. Special thanks to Noor mam who managed our tour package. All Cab drivers of Si (Read More)kkim and Darjeeling were very helpful but I would like to appreciate Mr Prashant of Gangtok trip who guided and helped alot in entire journey.
