We had a wonderful time in India, thanks to SAI India Travels for offering their service!!! We covered the golden triangle tour (jaipur,agra, delhi) and had a smooth travel with the help of our guide/ (Read More) driver Davindra. He drives safely and ensures our comfort, taking us to different tourist spots and he is flexible of the schedule. He is also coming to pick us up on time, car was clean and well- organized. Most of all, he never fails to inform us to be safe everytime we go to crowded places and never leaves us behind!! Also, big thanks to Kapil for helping us with visa,preparing our itinerary and giving us options weeks before our flight. The tour package was pretty affordable too plus we were not given extra charge even though we added another person in the group!! Definitely worth giving an excellent review!!

Booked an individual tour from Delhi to Agra to Rhantambore to Jaipur and back to Delhi. I had a great (air conditioned) car, the best driver in the world, exact docoments, great support from the offi (Read More)ce and even a mobile phone for any kind of problems to contact the office or who ever I needed to contact in India.
Everythings was amazing professional, very well done and perfect for me. Local guides supported me (as a single travelling, blond haired woman) a lot. Hotels were well selected and everyone tried to help me in the best way. we had a truly great and interesting trip, our guide Gaga was very knowledgable and Kumar, our driver, very skilful on this rather crazy roads. Some hotels were excellent, others a bit under our expec (Read More)tation, although they looked very charming from the outside. I would definitely recommend Sai India Travel to anybody, also to those who want to experience India from a different angle, such as a homestay with a lovely Indian family.

Absolutely loved our Golden Triangle trip. Our guide was excellent and so was our driver. Our guide had great knowledge and English. For two girls travelling, we felt completely safe at all times. Trip to Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur)
We visited India in Feb 2018, based in Goa but during our stay did a small trip up to the pink city of Japuir and its sights and the Agra to see the Taj Mahal. This company organised everything for (Read More)us. I can say we were a little aprehensive when we flew up from Goa/Mombai/Japur & didn't know what to expect but when we arrived we were met by a very nice man who took us to our car and introduced our driver Rajveer Meena. The trip was terrific, we were so very well looked after, a personal guide arranged in Jaipur and another in Agra, both Love and Kepal were most knowlegeable and were able to answer all our questions. The hotels arrange for us were of a high standard, clean and very comfortable. Our driver Raj was wonderful nothing was too much trouble. He was always on time and a very friendly person. He was with us all the way through the mini trip and also drove us from Jaipur to Agura and finally Delhi airport to fly back to Goa. An excellent driver so calm on the hectic roads, we always felt safe with Raj who we now consider a good friend. We would return and use this company again.

We just had 5 days and Sai India travel filled them with the most amazing experience. We got to see and experie (Read More)nce a lot and had excelent guides everywhere waiting for us. Anel our driver was amazing to have i any situation from giving us information about the tipping habits to driving our son back at the hotel when the heat got to much. Thank you Anel and your driving skills are from an other planet!
We are usally not "organised trip"-people but if you are short on time and you want to make the most out of your trip in India this travel agency is the way to go. As we said when we said good bye, we will be back with Sai India Travel soon!

We had a great time visiting Kerala.....shame that only one hotel had 'special beverages'......not good for the Tourist industry...drivers are bonkers but we had a very good driver called Binoji who d (Read More)rove very well.
Didn't see many animals.....Sai Travel very good and visit to tea plantation and houseboat were the highlights.....tall trees hotel in Munnar disappointing with very little to do......

Brilliant trip to India
Two weeks back and mine not there so thought I would write a new one!
Kapil of SAI Travel did an amazing job of putting our Itinerary together, every hotel was lovely, very clean with delightful staf (Read More)f, and good Indian food.
We had an amazing driver with Rajesh who spoke very good english, he was a very careful driver and had great knowledge of the scenery we passed through, he went beyond his duty of a driver.
All of our guides at every stop provided us with plenty of knowledge which made the Fort or Palace more exciting.
I can only say a Big Thank you to Kapil and his team for showing us a slice of India.
Hopefully in the near future I can use your Company again.

My wife and I would like to say thank you for your professional services. We had a great time in India and, in part it is thanks to your Company.
All the hotels were great, espe (Read More)cially the 2 we had in Delhi. The one in Jaipur was good but the breakfast wasn´t as good as in the other hotels.
We liked the guide we had our first day in Delhi a lot. We could see that he really enjoyed his job and he is passionate about it. Also, he tried to make the most of our tour in Delhi.
The driver (Mr. Rajesh Kumar) was excellent and more. Always on time, safe driving, clean car and excellent English. He was sharing with us about his life and acting like a guide when the guide wasn´t with us. We really appreciate his effort for making our day´s driving lighter.
The Jeep safari in Jaipur was excellent too. We really enjoyed going to the real India. I only suggest to give a little more information about the tour and its conditions in advance. For example, I didn´t know the kind of jeep we would use so I wasn´t wearing really warm clothing. Since the jeep was open, I was feeling very cold in the first hour of the trip.
Anyway, the average rate of the tour was very high and, because we want to go to India again, we´ll contact you for arranging more tours for us.

Hi Kapil we are back.
We enjoyed India very much and found you and your agency so helpful.
Accommodation: The accommodation was good , we just found some hotels (especially in Dehli) far from the to (Read More)urist centre. I also understand that you have to take what you can get, but just an observation.
Driver: Hanuman was excellent!! You can employ him fulltime! He is such a gentle guy and is an excellent driver. He was always on time and did more as what I think is expected from him. He even drove is at night in Jaipur
Representatives: All very professional. The guy in Maumbai, Anul, even buy us a cake for our birthdays!
Tour guides: Again very informative. The lady in Mumbai, Janet, was so good.
All in all a very nice experience and I will recommend your agency to our friends. If we do the south or east part of India , I will contact you.

Amazing time in Varanasi

We had an amazing time in Varanasi with our brilliant guide and host Manu. He made our experience of the area so interesting and gave us historical and religious information about the area which was i (Read More)nvaluable. We were in awe at the sights, sounds, smells and the memories of the cremations and the the ghats will stay with us for a long time. Thanks to Manu for being such a great guide and for making us feel comfortable in what is a unique environment. The driver too was courteous and careful.
We will be recommending this 2 day experience to our friends and family .

Extremely happy and highly impressed

We were extremely happy and highly impressed with the travel arrangements by the Sai India team for our trip through Rajasthan in September.
Above everything else it was the seamlessness of the ar (Read More)rangements – the connections and services – that stood out and made the trip relaxing, stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.
We had an excellent driver and vehicle. At all times we felt that he drove with due care on sometimes tricky roads yet he managed to get us from point to point on time, having given us realistic ideas of the time a journey would take before we embarked. The driver’s demeanour was very good, he showed good local knowledge everywhere we went and he had an uncanny knack of being able to find us no matter where we were.
Sai India sourced excellent hotels for our stays in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. In fact I can’t think of a more stunning and more luxurious hotel than the one we stayed at in Jaisalmer. It was a revelation and we surely wouldn’t have discovered it without Kapil's help
I should comment also about the quality of guides. Everywhere we went that we would be able to source guides at the attractions themselves. But I’ve had bad experiences doing this in the past in other countries. So I was insistent on getting knowledgeable English-speaking guides in advance – not leaving this element of the trip to chance. In the event this proved to be judicious and the excellent guides that they provided were extremely knowledgeable and therefore made our visits to the forts and palaces of Rajasthan that much more enjoyable – indeed the visits would have been wasted without them.
Finally, I should mention the way that they went the extra mile for us. We were pleasantly surprised and massively appreciative of Sai checking on our welfare and whereabouts during our trip. We received timely reminders of our train travel details for example, by SMS, and we had some representatives meeting us at hotels or other places along the way. This was extremely reassuring and gave us confidence that we were in safe hands. Kudos to Sai India for going that extra mile to provide a faultless service to the customer.
I would wholeheartedly endorse Sai India, specially Mr. Kapil Gulati and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone planning to visit India. Personally, on my next trip there I would very much prefer to use them again versus any other tour agent.

Sai India Travel provided us with an excellent service. During the initial planning process they were prompt with their responses, helpful with their suggestions and imaginative with their ideas. Th (Read More)ey always listened to our requests and designed our trip accordingly. The travel tips they sent us prior to departure were very useful. When we arrived in India everything worked as per the itinerary. The guides and drivers and the representative from Sai India Travel were always on time. They were always polite and presentable. We were given a local mobile phone to use so we could always contact the driver, guide or Sai rep if need be. The guides and drivers always made sure that we were happy before embarking on a tour and if it was too hot or too crowded for us they were happy to change the plans to make sure we were comfortable. The hotels were very comfortable and perfect for our needs. We had a wonderful time in India and have come home with many happy memories. I would like to thank TripCrafters for putting us in touch with Sai India Travel, it was an excellent match. I would have no problem in recommending the services of TripCrafters or Sai India Travel and we have already started thinking what we would like to do on our next trip.
