Too low class hotels booked at such high price charged to us, arrogant driver which is though replaced later but ruined half of our trip because of that and everyday we have a new problem to tackle with.

We changed the driver twice for your comfort, assuming the issue was with them. However, the second driver also reported serious concerns about your behavior.

In our entire professional jour (Read More)ney, we’ve never had such challenges with any guest.

As for the hotels, they were shared with you in advance and confirmed by you before booking. These are not low-class properties and are well-rated within their category.

We always aim for a smooth experience, but cooperation from the guest is equally important.
