We as a family had 5 days 4 nights booked with Rsr tours.
Our tour co-ordinator Mohsin took time and explained everything and was available at all time Need to plan more option ... to cover the place (Read More) on time or as per the time... As the day starts early ends early... By 5pm itself in Andaman
• Trip to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil Island
Initially the service was good in Port Blair, but once we reached Havelock the service was very bad. The driver was arguing with us and asking to come fast from beach as he have another client to pick (Read More).
We spent a lot of money to go and relax in beach, but felt bad when driver was pushing. And also got lousy tour coordinator in Havelock. It’s better to plan by our own.

I didn’t like the hotel that they had booked for me. They charged me for 3* premium but the quality of hotel was not even 2*. There were lizards in the room and the room had a very bad smell.

First of all, we apologize to you for the trouble you are facing during your stay if there was any ( (Read More)as you claimed)
I want to remind you with all due respect, that your arrival date was 7 May 2023, and you confirmed it 29 April 2023 after so many follow-ups. At that time the premium 3* property I suggested to you earlier at Havelock was sold out. so we suggested you another property that was available at that time at the same cost by sharing the photographs. And you approved that.
If I am not wrong you were happy with the Port Blair Hotel, but the issues came at Havelock Hotel at night, when you saw a lizard in the room. Immediately you informed us by saying that mam has some serious concerns with lizards.
We took that seriously and started to work on that. Unfortunately, we do not find any other hotel that night but upgraded your room in the same hotel. On the very next day morning, we shifted you to another resort and you like that.
The Resort in Havelock you got issues is a Beachside Resort, has too many coconuts trees, and gardens, which is common in some budget resorts in Havelock, in which it's normal to see a lizard or other insects. we do not say that this is good, but it's beyond our control.
We made every possible effort from our side to make your tour a memorable one. But unfortunately, you have given us 1* review.
We hope that we will get a chance to serve you, your family, or your friend again in the future.
