I recently visited Rajasthan for 9 days and my experience with Rajasthan Tourism Holidays (RTH) was extremely disappointing.
Miscommunication and Unfulfilled Promises:
We were promised a full-day tour with a guide at Jaipur, but due to poor communication, the guide arrived in the afternoon, causing confusion and missed attractions. The tour manager had overbooked the itinerary, squeezing two (Read More)days' worth of activities into one. Key locations were skipped or inadequately covered.
Unprofessional Behavior:
Due to the poor service on day 1 and confusion, we decided to pay the package amount in installments, as initially agreed with the tour manager. However, while on our way to Bikaner, the tour manager unexpectedly called, stopping the vehicle and demanding that we pay the entire amount or be abandoned in the middle of our trip. This behavior was shocking, especially since we were traveling with senior citizens. After a lengthy conversation, we were forced into paying 60% of the trip amount to continue the journey.
Upon reaching Bikaner, the driver was unfamiliar with the area and refused to visit several promised sites. Many locations were not covered due to negligence.
Misleading Tour and Unfulfilled Promises:
Despite promises of a full-day guided tour at Udaipur, only part of the itinerary was covered. We were taken to maintenance sites, and key attractions were skipped or inadequately covered.
Hotel Accommodations:
The quality of hotels was inconsistent, with better accommodations for shorter stays and subpar options for longer stays.
Summary of Issues:
- The tour guide only covered government-run sites and ignored the itinerary.
- The tour manager demanded full payment under duress.
- Many promised sites were missed due to poor planning and driver negligence.
- Hotels were inconsistent in quality.
Conclusion:
Rajasthan is beautiful, but our experience with RTH was far from satisfactory. I do not recommend this agency based on their unprofessional service and failure to deliver on promises.

My wife and I recently completed our Rajasthan trip in the last week of November 2025, and Rajasthan Tourism Holidays made it absolutely (Read More) unforgettable. From the moment we contacted them, Mrs Manju chowdary who runs this agency was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail.
Our itinerary was thoughtfully designed, covering Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Jaisalmer at a perfect pace. Every hotel they selected was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The transport arrangements were smooth, and our driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and always punctual.
What truly stood out was the personalized touch — madam checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well, and was always available if we needed anything. Thanks to the planning, we were able to enjoy the beauty, culture, and heritage of Rajasthan without any stress.
We highly recommend Rajasthan Tourism Holidays to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful state. They helped make our vacation memorable, enjoyable, and completely hassle-free.

I recently booked my trip with Rajasthan Tourism Holiday agency, and the entire experience was fantastic. Right from planning the itinerary to finalizing hotel and transport arrangements, everything w (Read More)as handled smoothly and professionally. Manju mam was patient, responsive, and tailored the package exactly to my preferences.They provided clear communication about the destinations, guided me with the best sightseeing spots, and were available throughout the journey to assist whenever needed. The hotels and transport services were great. Beware of drivers asking for parking tickets and food expenses, tell them beforehand its already covered in package otherwise they will take advantage of ur politeness without notifying Manju Mam. Paying for their tea and tips if they provide great services is upto us, if service is great. Avoid Kuchman Haveli Hotel as it's services are poor. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable travel experience. I’ll definitely plan my next vacation with them again.
