Ours was a spontaneously planned weekend getaway to Goa, and these guys really came through. Had a really pleasant trip which was surprisingly affordable. We were picked up from the station right afte (Read More)r arrival by the driver included in the package. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the driver was polite and helpful. The planning agent was very willing to pick up our calls when we needed to sort out a minor confusion which was quickly solved. We had most meals from outside, but if you want to lower meal costs, having meals from the restaurant nearby the hotel is a great option, and you can either include them in your package or pay-as-you-go, based on preference. The food was quite good too. Didn't have to worry about anything the whole time we were there so we were free to have fun, and we felt quite safe. 10/10 would definitely recommend, especially if you are women travelling alone like us. We regret not staying longer, because there is a lot to see and do in Goa.
CONS - We had a ton of laundry by the end of our stay and not much information on a nearby laundromat or anything like that. But since our trip was very short it didn't really matter. Also a small confusion over the driver's overtime and waiting charges, which could have been communicated more clearly from the planning stage. It was ok because we didn't go over budget by much, but I recommend talking with the driver before you start to keep communications clear.
