Sir/Madam, The journey to Jammu and Srinagar by our family was wonderful in many ways. Initially we had our own apprehensions and the tour operator has arranged the accommodation at different places i (Read More)ncluding Srinagar and other places in an excellent manner. The transport arrangement and the driver in particular was very cordial and very skilled in mountain driving which put us in very comfortable situation. Also Sri Amir Bilal interacted with us in a nice manner including my children and was very caring enough to accede to our requests. At all the places we had a comfortable and joyful stay and the vegetarian food available was also of good quality. I thank one and all of your staff including Zaima the tour co-ordinator for all the excellent arrangements made. She was almost on all days contacted us and enquired about our well being and tour arrangements. We have carried back the nice memories of J&K tour and this will be staying with us for a long time. We group of 11-12 family with would like to thank Qurat for her professionalism and standing up in difficult situation with quick hotel change options in Pahalgam.
We planned 7 nights and 8 days pla (Read More)n for Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam.
On way to Pahalgam one of the kid fell sick and Qurat has helped going out of the way in getting hospitals and support at hospital arranged.
We would highly recommend Odyssey travels with Mr. Mushtaq guidance the team has made our tour awesome and filled with good memories.

Poor Taxi Facility, Paid for super-delux but provided deluxe rooms in Srinagar
We paid Mustaq from Odyssey travel a good amount so that we can get good taxi facilities, good Hotel. We paid for Super deluxe rooms but Hotel was not having super deluxe rooms when we visit there. Th (Read More)ere was poor water services and no man power to provide us services, neither in restaurant not in room.
We got Innova taxies on spot to take us but they have not carried our luggage so we have to pay to coolie there.
Not recommended at all. Spent in lakhs but not happy at all

Please if you ever planing to Jammu trip you must go with this agency. I booked my Kashmir trip with Odyssy Travels well in advance (almost three months prior), and my overall experience was quite good. Here’s my detailed review:

- Smooth Booking Process: (Read More)Ms Saima from Odyssy Travels was extremely helpful in sharing all the necessary details and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Trust & Flexibility:They only charged ₹5,000 in advance for the entire travel and transport arrangement, and never pressured us for payments even after two days of sightseeing. I was able to complete the final payment at the last stage, which showed great trust and cooperation from their side.
- Excellent Driver: Amir, the driver assigned to us, was not just professional but also incredibly friendly, especially with my kids. His kindness and attentiveness made our time in Kashmir truly enjoyable.
- Good Accommodation Choices: Most of the hotels and the houseboat provided were fantastic, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay.
❌ Areas for Improvement:
- Lack of Follow-Up Calls: During our stay in Kashmir, we did not receive a single call from Odyssy Travels to check on our experience or address any concerns. Although we had a great driver, a routine check-in call would have added a more personal touch and reassurance.
- Difficulties in Receiving Invoices: After the trip, I had to follow up multiple times to receive my bills/invoices, which could have been streamlined.
- Hotel Quality in Srinagar Market: While most accommodations were excellent, the stay at Chinar Hotel in Srinagar was not up to the mark. A better selection in this area would improve the overall package quality.
- Missed Opportunity for Feedback: There were minor but important observations about other hotels that I could have shared if I had received regular calls during the trip. Feedback is essential for any business to improve, and a proactive approach would have enhanced their service quality.
Overall, Odyssy Travels provided a good travel experience with trustworthy service and friendly staff. With a little more attention to follow-ups and improving hotel selections in certain areas, they could further refine their customer satisfaction.
We had a great experience with Odyssey travels on our trip to Kashmir. From the time we were planning it was soo seamless and comfortable interaction with the team. Being from down south , I had lot o (Read More)f doubts while travelling to Kashmir but Mushtaq bhai and his coordinator Saima had been with us to make sure we are comfortable and made sure everything was planned to perfection. Saima was always in touch with me providing me regular updates about my itinerary and ensure we had our trip well planned and organised. From the time we landed at Srinagar, we had Aqib Bhai , our driver who was with us all the time. He was more than just a driver. As good as a brother. He took good care of us and made sure we were comfortable at all times .

A memorable trip to Kashmir was planned for us by Odyssey Travels. We were a family of 8 people. The stay and itinerary were meticulously planned. The staff were always accessible on the phone. The dr (Read More)ivers were so courteous and polite. They knew where and when to take us for our meals and stay. In fact my suitcase got misplaced at the airport. Within twelve hours it was brought to me in Gulmarg. My brother fractured his leg in Pahalgam. Odyssey Travels immediately organised him to be taken to Srinagar to do the needful.
