All the rate that they have given are above the market rate,vehicle that they have assure for the trip is not provided,and for nathula trip they have charged extra money other than trip charge.overall (Read More) bad experience

Hello sir, Firstly we have provided you the best rate which was possible during those high season time. Our rate were better from other companies, that's why you have selected our tour package. Secondly the vechile was mentioned in the package was Innova/Xylo. But still you prefer Innova more that's why for most of the days during your trip we provided you innova only Just for one day ( which was your Sikkim drop) xylo car was provided. Lastly regarding Nathula pass sir we have mentioned you so many times during our conversation before confirming the package That the cost for Nathula pass is not included. We have mentioned in the package also. During your Nathula visit early morning we have mentioned you the issue regarding six seater Innova As the total number of pass required was 8 so thats why it was not possible to generate pass for 8 person in 6 seat car ( innova) Due to which we have to upgrade to 8 seater car Later that day even we deliver our promise regarding the changu lake n Nathula You tried to make false claim that you didn't visit Nathula Which was lie Later on driver gave us the proof regarding your visit to Nathula. That day you just don't want to make remaining full payment by tricking us. And just you don't understand nepali language please don't go assuming that driver said anything rude to you We don't go on other states and assume everyone is rude just because we don't understand their language. While traveling to other states please don't carry this type of entitlement issue that most people know specifically your speaking language. So please don't go spreading false notion about us. We have provided you the vechile we have mentioned Hotels rooms that was mentioned in tha package Just because we sincerely asked you to make full remaining payment, you brust out and started complaining about weather too , which is definitely not in our control. We also deserve little bit of cooperation from your side too, as we always fully co-operate with our clients

We planned a tight schedule to see the maximum in 7days. Although hectic we thoroughly enjoyed the scenic and treacherous drive. Shelina at the agency was patient and willing to take our feedback and (Read More)make changes as the trip went along. She had warned us it is hectic. Since the place is located remotely and in heights it is hard to provide comfort. It gets dark back by 430p people are laid back and simple so don’t expect last minute orders with food. You will get dal chawal everywhere and their traditional dish thukpa is a must try. We were blessed with Pranjit Barman our driver, we at an average traveled minimum of 7hrs for 6days everyday. We even witnessed land slide while coming back from Bomdilla. Pranjit is a young energetic tour guide cum driver. He made our trip so very memorable. Thanks ? Arunachal pradesh is a must visit land with a minimum of 3-4 days to spend. Truly northeast is blessed with natural beauty and abundance and simplicity. Our route - We did Guwahati - Kazhiranga- Shillong- Cheerapunjee - Guwahati- Dirang- Bomdilla. 7nights 8days. Please double check for rooms and services whilst booking. I will definitely return to make the other 4 sisters.

Our trip had too much included and we were not informed about the hours to travel from one place to another(better planning next time). the hotels in Guwahati need to keep up to their star / standards (Read More). Nevertheless we had a wonderful trip and the best part was Arunachal Pradesh and Pranjeel the guide and driver.. he made sure we were safe and was very accomadative.. his patience and Hospitality makes us wants to come back and suggest the seven sister trip among friends and family... overall a good trip.. Thank you.

It is very good experience for our bhutan trip with them. Guide driver are quite help full and supportative. Associates are also very good. Some improvement required on comunication during initial tim (Read More)e of entering bhutan due to international roaming and local no not available may need in to this issue. J r mohanty

The itinerary that was provided by the Agent was confusing & hectic. They did not state that each day we will have to travel 7-8 hours. (Instead she said, it would be long travel!) A trip of 10 to12 d (Read More)ays was fitted into an 8 days package!. Inspite of clear information that we needed accommodations of 3 Star or above , they gave us budget hotels for the first 4 days. It was especially inconvenient as we were all women travellers. When we raised our concerns strongly did they realise that mistake. This made us change our itinerary, to ensure we had rest & got to stay in one place for a minimum of 2 nights plus incur cancellation charges. Been our first visit to N.East region, it was our tour guide + driver Mr. Pranjit Burman. who was prudent , emphatic & going beyond his call of duty to ensure we got to cover most of the important sight seeing spots and also coordinated with the Agency to block the right hotels, in the later part of the tour. Kudos to him for all the effort .
