Our brilliant experience with Musafir India Holidays
We tweleve senior citizens planned trip to Chandigarh-Shimla-Manali-Dharamsala-Dalhousie-Amritsar and pick this Trvel agent for the tour from Chandigarhairport to Amritsar airport on 27thOct.2023 and (Read More)7th Nov,2023.They picked up us in three swift dezire cars drivers were Jitendra, Ratan and Pankaj. The hotels were very good barring only one night in Dharamsala which was not comparable to the others. We did not complained but they noticed our dissatisfaction, I dont know how? In compensation they arranged us executive category for next two days on their own in the same package.These astonished me and surprised us with their excellent professionalism. All the three drivers were very accomodative and helpful all the way. twelve days and eleven nights tour with them was a very wonderful and pleasant experience. We have taken their super deluxe package and very much satisfied with this Trvel agent. I wish this company may progress and render their pleasant service to the travellers. I usually book outing tour plans and hotels from Diamond Tour & Travel but this time there was an exception. Suddenly I found a Himachal travel agency named Musafir India, one of the leaders of which (Read More)is Mr. Bhuvnesh. Our journey starts on 28th October 2023. We were supposed to go to Shimla via Sarahan Sangla Chitkul and finally Kalpa. Everything was going well till we reached Shimla but nature intervened. Suddenly I got the news that the road collapsed after Sarahan, about 200 meters of the road collapsed. Mr. Bhuvnesh must have told us this news. When Bhuvnesh broke the news, we couldn't believe that something like this could happen, so we contacted Himachal Tourism and verified the news. Then we contacted Bhuvnesh who reassured us and told us not to panic. He asked us to plan our tour excluding Kalpa Kinnar. We made a tour plan like that. Three days in Shimla, three days in Manali and two days in Dharamshala. The first three days in Shimla started with food and drinks. The hotel room and environment in Shimla was very nice. The hotel was about 12 km before Shimla Mall. Moreover the hotel environment and staff behavior was excellent. The mesmerizing atmosphere of the hotel free from the hustle and bustle of the city is bound to leave a mark on the mind of any discerning person. It was no exception in our case. We did not expect the food and environment of Shimla hotel to be so good, as a result of which the mercury of expectations gradually grazes, this is the religion of people, we are no exception. 31st November we started our journey towards Manali, reached Manali hotel around 7 pm. The fatigue of the long car journey and the sadness of not going to Kalpa Kinnar had soured the mood and the result was that neither I nor we liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the hotel room as we felt it was very inferior compared to the hotels in Shimla. Immediately we contacted Bhuvnesh and said we will not stay in this hotel, you change it. He promised us that he will change the hotel tomorrow morning. He kept his promise, next day he sent us some pictures of the hotel and told us to check and we are like that. We saw that we liked one of them, but the surroundings of the hotel in the morning, the mountain mountain apple orchard, forced us to change our decision, moreover, we feel that it would be unfair if we did not mention one person's name, he is Shyam Bhai, the owner of the hotel in Manali. We feel that his hospitality is belittled by any comparison. We spent five nights changing tour plans where we didn't want to stay even one night. We all are poor with love and hospitality and we are not exceptional. If I don't talk about one person, maybe the writing will be incomplete. A little girl who is about two and a half years old, I don't know her name, I named her Guria. There is no sin in his eyes or any hope of getting anything, just a cheeky smile and love. Nowadays everything is measured by ratings, neither I nor you are exceptional, so I have to give one rating. I am giving Musafir india or Bhuvnesh five. But one request Musafir india or Bhuvnesh. We think there is a need to be a little more aware of who is driving the car.

We booked chardham package from 06.10.23 to 16.10.23 with musafir India holidays by Bhuvaneswar thakur manager. He arranged all the things asper itenery. It was very nice trip.
