Worst service please guys do not go for musafir travels... Bhakti bhosla or what ever agent of musafir travels I talk to her she said I will look after it I call you she send me some screen shots wit (Read More)h is todays date June 2020 . All are fake.. I applied in Feb 2020 but due to epidemic I cancel my Jamaica flight which I was travelling with my son and then the lockdown happened they said you when you clear the document then only we will proceed further for the application and for the interview dates but it announced lockdowns.. now unlock but still with my 2yr so I can't travel. I am asking for the refund but they are not responding my mail as per their phone numbers are shut.. I can't able to contact when they need a document aur money they call me daily in two times a day but when they have to refund they are not responding this is the way the give the service to the customers

I applied for my Australia viza...on 31st January 2020..this people kept on asking me new documents everyday...and delayed my application for 20 days..where I had booked my tickets on 5 March..it was (Read More)very urgent for me...I requested them multiple times to apply for my viza then they applied and also they got the msg of refusal on 12 feb and they told me about it on 18th feb..that too after asking them about the status lot of times...the people who was handling he’s name was Sidhant...it’s the most horrible experience of my life..very very unprofessional people..very bad experience

I had an extremely horrible experience with Musafir.com. I had registered online and made payment of Rs.10, 200/- on 4th september 2019, stating very clearly my travel dates to South Africa, on 21s (Read More)t September 2019 morning 4AM. They immediately called up and said that it will be done. They told me keep all the documents ready as their bluedart person will come next day in the morning to collect them. They did not even send me the list of documents required. I searched on google, and and found out through the consulate site and VFS site. and prepared all the documents, next day their person Jaidas turns up at 6.30 in the evening to collect the documents. I submitted to him, 3 passports, 2 photos each, my personal bank account statement for 1 year, my company bank account statement for 1 year as I am self employed, duly signed and stamped by the banker. 3 years IT returns both personal as well as company's. My son's invitation letter for participation on Durban world scholars global round, his school NOC letter. My flight e-tickets, hotel bookings. The person checked everything and then went. Next day I followed up wit them, and they said all the documents are as required and they have processed the submission to VFS global visa application center. I kept following up regularly as it was very urgent and very important for us, and we had already spent about 2.5 lakhs on flight and hotel bookings. After 3 days, they inform me that they require a balance confirmation statement from the bank, which I arranged immediately, but they did not show any urgency, and upon several calls, their person comes next day to collect the documents. The very next day I followed up again to check with them and they said the same thing. on the next day after I call them for updates, do not have any clue, and upon several calls in the afternoon they tell me that, they require a NOC from school in their format. To which I really lost my cool, and I asked them to return my documents because we had already lost 7 days because of them. NExt day morning, we went to VFS Visa application centre ourselves, and got our documents submitted with no additional documents at all. In fact we had to change our form because it was filled in blue ink, to black ink, which musafir.com people never informed us. And also learnt from them that, our documents was never submitted at all. Which means that the musfar.com poeple were giving me false information, and just wasting my time. My case was handled by Ms. Nikisha Shah and Ms. Bhakti her supervisor was also aware of this. Now when I asked them for refund, they have deducted Rs.1350/- from my payment. Why should we pay them, for giving us false information and wasting our 7days? Pankaj Sharma

I booked a tour package almost 2 months ahead. Paid for it in full way back, then they suddenly decided to cancel our trip the night prior to our visa appointment. Now, it's too late to schedule anoth (Read More)er appointment. And most agencies are fully booked. Staff (Looking at you Abdul) seems more angry than the dissatisfied customer.

• Trip to Andaman and Nicobar Islands

It all starts with the itinerary. I had requested for 2 nights stay at Havelock Island. It was changed to one night after I made full payment. Just Hotel was mentioned as a 3/4 star property. They do (Read More)not have a star rating as per the GM of the hotel. The room window opened to drainage pipes. Food ordered in the room had cockroaches over it within an hour. Madhuri from Musafir who is from post sales refused to change the hotel. The ferries provided were of economy class although Musafir had mentioned it to be premium class. The ferry to North bay island was supposed to leave at 1:30 for Ross Island. They left at 2:30 and reached Ross Island at 3.00pm. The Navy officers refused to let us land on the island.This was never adjusted later. The cellular jail is closed on Monday. Musafir ignored this right since the time of booking. The Mountain Edge representative in Port Blair was rude and unhelpful. The WiFi did not work in any of the hotels provided. The only saving grace was the stay at Neil and Havelock islands. Symphony Palms upgraded us since we were staying for one night only. I demand a refund for a horrid time I had overall.
