The trip was very disappointing. Pickup traveler at railway station was 7 Hours late, driver was not picking phones and responding improperly and carelessly. we had to wait at railway station and thus (Read More) our complete one day spoiled and no compensation was given.
No phone calls were picked up by tour managers, they talked very rudely, misbehaved and even used abusing language while tried to talk for missing things.
after receiving 50% booking amount, they forced for making remaining payment direct to hotels and cab drivers.
We were committed for 3 star equitant Hotels but hotel rooms were old patterned and dirty and not as per shown in pictures, hotel staff was rude, irresponsible and service was very poor. No food options were there, we had to take the same food they prepare. they denied for taking luggage to rooms, water and tea even at 7 am and 10pm and no support was available in night hours.
We were forced to take dinner and Breakfast at same limited time set by them, we had to come back hotel early in night. we were treated like hostel students.
Power was usually not for geysers and making tea while they serve Roti made on heaters.
Water taps and door locks were difficult to open/close.
Feedback book and FSSAI certificate could not be presented.
All the given points to visit were on the way.
Room furniture was very old and damaged as shown in pictures.

My Koh sumai trip was planned by MMH holidays and I can say it was memorable. Stay ,food ,travel and sightseeing all were perfectly planned and they have ample leisure time to hang around the place.
