I recently went on a 5 night 6 days trip to Andaman with MM tour and travels, along with my family. I must say, it was an amazing experience and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Right from the start, (Read More)the company's planning and organization were top-notch.
The itinerary provided by MM tour and travels was well thought out and covered all the major attractions in Andaman. We visited three islands and each one was converted in a fantastic way. The staff members were punctual and extremely cooperative throughout the trip. Our trip manager,Ms Bithi, deserves special mention for planning everything so efficiently that we didn't face any conflicts or hassles. She ensured that all our requirements were met and made sure that things were ready for us at every place we arrived.
The hotel arrangements made by MM tour and travels were excellent. We were provided with comfortable and well-maintained accommodations throughout our stay. The hotels were conveniently located and had all the necessary amenities. The cost of the package offered by MM tour and travels was also very reasonable compared to other travel agencies. I would highly recommend booking your Andaman trip with them for a cost-effective experience.

We had a trip to Andaman in second week of April for 6N 7D which was organised by MM travels. The trip was meticulously planned. We enjoyed each and every moment of our stay. Our best memorable stay w (Read More)as at silver sand breach resort, Havelock for 3nights.Food ambience and room was so perfect at this resort. Our stay at Symphony Summer sand, Neil was also great with the pool facing room. However, the food was not great. Runway hotel, Portblair was clean and great hospitality with limited breakfast option. I would like to thank Bithi and Manoj for organising everything so well.

It was indeed a wonderful experience visiting andaman with MM Tours and travels.
Initially we planned our tour for 5N 6D and kept one day as spare due to cheap rates of flights but MM Tours and Trave (Read More)ls managed that one day also and made the planning for 6N 7D in our budget.
The oeverall planning of the tour was fabulous and it was well coordinated.
On the very first day the driver was already available on the airport then later he dropped us on hotel, he took care of the hassle free checkin of the hotel. Hotel rooms and management was also good.
Availability of all the ferry tickets, all the entry tickets on time by the travels were the best part.
Mr. Manojit is a nice person. He used to visit in the evening personally for next day plan elaboration and handing over the tickets for the next cruize. Also he used to takes update of the tour on day to day basis to avoid any hurdle in the next day.
I would like to thank Mr. Raju, Mr. Sanjib Ji from neil island for great coordination.
Hotel Sweneha in port blair, Radhakrishna resort in Havlock are the best choice given by MM Tours travels Hotel Royal Neil resort is good in neil island.
Complimentry water sport and discounted water sports(Scuba Diving in neil island) arranged by MM tours was also great.
Overall it was great experience with MM Tours and Travels.

We had our trip to andamans guided us by MM tours. Overall it was a Hassle free and wonderful experience. MM tour and travel is a best travel agency. My trip to Andaman was of 4n5d and all the bookings were done in advance. Hassle free travel without any kind of tension. Manojit sir was there for proper g (Read More)uidance and we regularly when we r in port blair . This company and manojit sir are very genuine And not Greedy at all and if anything any activity was not happening due to any natural or technical difficulty , they will return ur money for the particular activity. Cab drivers were all good and cooperative and nice. We travelled with Nautica and Macruzz cruise to travel between Port blair and havelock islands. I had an amazing exp in Andaman.
They also provided us a complimentary candle light dinner on the beachside as we r on honeymoon, the experience there was ultimate and cannot be described by words.

There was the relaxation of beaches (Corbyn cove, Radh (Read More)anagar and Govindnagar ), adventure of water sports (Jet Ski, Scuba Diving, missed para sailing due to fickle weather), wonders of geological / biological structures - corals of many kinds, Baratang limestone cave, Natural bridge, marine life - marine fishes of all kinds and colors, oyster, sea cucumber, marine snake, seaweed, Mangrove forest, etc. and and unsettling tryst with history - of struggle for India's Independence at Cellular jail, Japanese Bunkers, Govt.Saw Mill,Jarawa Tribal Reserve,etc.
The visit was enjoyable because the necessary nitty-gritty of planning the trip, arrangement of travel, stay, tickets/permission etc was taken care very professionally by M M Tours and Travels.They took away all the hassles and worry of an extended 6 days trip leaving us all the time and energy to enjoy the visit. There was never any fear of being scammed as all the charges were upfront and the services were provided in very co-operative and smiling manner.
Two words of advice - Sun during the daytime (especially on beaches) can be strong, so take necessary precaution and weather can be fickle - Administration may temporarily ban some adventure sport or stop/restrict visit to some areas.
And of course keep Covid 19 in mind.

It was a good trip, the service of MM tours was good. Our concerns were attended to well. Just some hotels were bit too strict regarding their checkout times which could be better handled.

A very cost reasonable, co-operative and punctual tour operator with good staff providing customizable tour package. We took a 5D6N package from them, throughout which, their service was really good. (Read More)The drivers, water sports activity personnels, etc were well behaved and friendly. Everything went as planned for us right from airport pickup to the drop!

We were 5 persons in total and had our days out under a package of 5 nights and 6 days. Right from the time of our booking till the final airport drop it was altogether a fascinating tour and easily i (Read More)t will be right up there with the best tours I've ever had. All 3 hotels were magnificent in their own rights, cruises were more than standard and the cabs were more than comfortable. We were not having consistent networks in our cellphones, but it never turned out to be a problem as all the persons who were supposed to be at their respective places were always there ahead of time. All the drivers were very cooperative and punctual as they made sure that we'll have a wonderful time out there. The places we were taken to were perhaps amongst the very best, the foods that were served oozed quality and the hospitality we have had throughout the tour was worthwhile. The programme coordinator Rajika Madam in particular did the best from her end to script the best possible schedule. And last but not the least, the owner of the company himself personally visited us on numerous occasions having bought out time from his busy schedule and that assured us that we'll never be feeling far from home and away from assistance. It's hard to describe how good the tour has been as my words will fall short, but I dare say that we have had far far more than our money's worth. Thank you M M TOURS & TRAVELS.

While I saw drivers of other travels seeing off their tourist (Read More)s at the port at havelock and Neil, the drivers of M&M travels literally vanished after dropping me with luggage. Trip to Port Blair and surrounding areas
We travelled to Port Blair in Dec 2017 for a 7-day trip.
Our troubles started before departure. We provided our names with the correct spellings for flight booking and we received an incorrect tic (Read More)ket for my father. On contacting M&M, they refused to pay the ticket change fee and asked us to take our chances at the airport.
Our party of 4 was also not seated together, we had to pay extra to the airline so our family could sit together.
On our first day, our driver dropped us off at Corbyns and was then missing when we arrived back at the parking lot. He picked us up in an hour...
My father requested that we pay some of the dues (less than 30%) on completion of the tour, to keep both parties honest. Suresh threatened to leave our family stranded on an island by "canceling our tour midway" if we did so. We paid the entire amount upfront as requested to avoid further issues.
This was unexpectedly aggressive behavior from a someone in customer service and The tour after this moment was a bunch of lies and misleading information provided by Suresh and co. I'll try to list out as many as I can so you can avoid such an experience.
Before our departure, we paid for and were promised personal cab service throughout our trip. However, we were on an itinerary with multiple other tours on both the islands and were given pickup times by drivers. Suresh and other members of his staff like Priya were unapproachable during our visits to the islands. They missed several calls and did not reply to our messages. On further talking with the island drivers, it turned out that Suresh had not even intimated them about a personal cab being required, even though it was an option they provided.
On our arrival back from the ferries that were booked by Suresh and co, we were always made to wait an average of 30 min-1hr. If you know the arrival time of the ferry, your tour operator should make every effort to be on time, rather than be missing and only on calling many times, send someone to get us.
Our hotels were promised with wifi, which didn't work due to network issues.(This was not true as I paid to use wifi at nearby hotels for my requirements.) Our hotel Blue MMarlin in Port Blair even provided us dirty sheets on our final day, leaving us to sleep on top of the bed, rather than in it.
We were told the light and sound show usually scheduled for evenings at Central Jail was cancelled on every day we were in Port Blair due to weather concerns. However, when we visited Central Jail in the morning on our final day, the jail staff sadly told us that they had had two light and sound shows just the previous day.
Even though Andaman and Nicobar islands is a very naturally beautiful area to visit, our tour was spoilt by the harassment and lies from our travel agent. We left with a bittersweet taste in our mouths and would love to visit Andaman again, but by booking our own tour or going for another service.
PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DON'T LIKE BEING HARASSED AND LIED TO ON YOUR TRAVELS AND WANT SERVICES PROVIDED THAT YOU PAID FOR.

Dear Mr. Mathur first of all we MM Tours & Travels , apologize and regret for the inconvenience that you faced rendering our services.A simple mistake in Mr and Mrs is not a big issue at airports . It (Read More) doesn't need any change in ticket for the person to get inside an airport or Board a flight . We asked you to take your chance and your father was allowed inside so thats not a problem to resolve .
Next the seats that you want can be selected at the check in counter where you get the boarding passes. You could have asked the personnel for adjacent seats on the flight but still couldn't have managed to get adjacent seats for four.
When we were being dropped for sightseeing I am sure the driver would have informed you the exact place and time for pickup you have to go back on the cab and you must be back before time so you feel that the driver was late which he wasn't .
Dear sir for your convenience speedy services we also have to pay the costs to the hotels , cab providers, ferry tickets etc as per company terms and conditions you are entitled to pay 50 % at booking and 50 % on arrival at portblair . Sorry about the misbehaving staff that you encountered but I am sure he must have been under immense pressure to pay the dues made him behave that way. Taking about unexpected aggressive behavior , even after enjoying most of the activities and destinations this is an unexpected aggressive behavior from you sir. If you would have clearly read the itinerary , we have mentioned in it that you will get cab services only during sightseeing tours, no personal cab was to be provided to you .
On arrival at any harbor at portblair to walk out of the main gate to get on your cab . As you might not know these places have restrictions for vehicles and vehicles only with defense passes from administration vehicles are allowed and even if we wished to you could not have provided you a pickup service at the ferry jetty .
Dear sir , hotel has to provide you wifi as per conditions but if there was a network issue which usually is in these islands we could not have done any better for you with the wifi and regarding dirty sheets you could have asked the room service providers to change the sheets that’s not a matter where tour operators will come and ask the hotel staff to change the sheets .
Light and sound shows tickets are not that easily available as you are thinking it must be weather conditions were not good when you visited . As per the jail staff there were two shows the previous day but the fact is that when it rains or the weather is not suitable for the show the shows are cancelled and if it was informed to you that the show has been cancelled it was for your greater good otherwise you would have complained that we were taken to the light and sound show my MM Tours And Travels but they did not provide us umbrellas or raincoats . Allegations may have arisen that MM Tours And Travels did not stop the rain.
When asked for identity proof produce their proofs which have their photograph in it . But when asked to you , you provided us with a tampered aadhar card Xerox copy which had no photograph . This major now but we did not retaliate because it can be resolved . Just like that you show some maturity and don’t encourage your response at all option is good but defamation on the basis of immature and childlike accusations and asking other customers to avoid our service is a bit unorthodox . Don’t you think Mr.Davendra out of all respect thanks a lot for your precious time and effort for writing such wonder full reviews .
