I booked from Lone Tours and Travels and the experience was Mesmerizing. From arrival till our drop driver was so helpful and good he was just like our family members during our trip. Hotel selection (Read More)was upto the mark and their tour operators were calm, polite and so helpful available for us all time. We talked with Ms Ibrah and we are very glad as our trip was really memorable.
We had a wonderful trip in Kashmir, visit all the above places with the help of driver Javed, car was always clean, services was very good, we had a amazing time with him, we feel like a family, i hig (Read More)hly recommended him for all trip.
Pathetic experience. Very poor choice of hotels ( although they committed to provide 3 star hotels) . Very much unprofessional attitude ( didn't picked up phone multiple times, not even calls from dri (Read More)ver). From the very beginning they first provide us an itinerary of comparatively lower cost but while final booking they charged 36k extra for the same itinerary. They literally didn't provide food at night in House boat, which was complimentary. Overall it was a disastrous decision to choose this travel agency.
