The accommodations exceeded expectations—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near key attractions. There were a few long drives between parks, but that’s to be expected on a safari. A little more communication ahead of time about daily schedules would have been helpful.

I recently embarked on an unforgettable journey to Materuni Waterfalls and Chemka Hot Springs with Kilisherpas Travel, led by (Read More)the dynamic duo, Gabby and Diana. From start to finish, the trip was a seamless blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion.
Firstly, the Materuni Waterfalls offered a breathtaking spectacle of nature's beauty. Gabby's extensive knowledge of the area's flora and fauna added depth to the experience, enriching our understanding of the ecosystem. Transitioning to the tranquil oasis of Chemka Hot Springs, we were greeted by crystal-clear turquoise waters surrounded by lush greenery. We did a 7 day hiking trip to Kili and then a 9 day safari with kilisherpas Travel. Everything worked well and as advertised. We had a super team that probably made the difference in the whole family (Read More)reaching the top of Kili. As it is a 7 day hike (Machame route), having a good porter and guide team is essential both for the camp atmosphere and for assistance and expertise to achieve your goal. We would specifically like to thank gabriel (guide whos speaks impecable German), John (cook assistant speaks v good English and was always in a super mood) and the cook, Godfriy who made the most fabulous meals. Tanzania is a premium travel destination, the proces though are matched by exceptional experiences and the best wildlife conditions that I have ever seen.
