am adding pictures of sourav mitra and passport photos of fraud travel agent (sourav mitra).he is enjoying with our money. Cheater takes all the amount of 198100rs (1 lakh 98 thousand 1 hundred ) and not given any service .he cancelled all the hotel booking and take refund .not responding calls .fraud travel agent. I am veer enterprises I already complain against him
Paid Rs.25968/- to Mr. Sourav Mitra of Jyoti Travels, DMC for booking heli ticket through IRCTC for Kedernath . But the trip was canceled by IRCTC who refunded the amount to
Sourav Mitra. But he did not transferred the amount till date.
Later I came to know that Sourav Mitra was arrested by Lake Town P.S. on 8.4.25 for cheating case.
Very very wrost experience sourav mitra person is fraud pls dont trust after you pay amount not picking phone calls
Nothing to like.
This travel agent Saurav Mishra taking full money for Thailand trip. After some days no response. His mobile phone is still active. Freely he is roaming by eating our hard earned mon (Read More)ey. His agency "Jyoti DMC" has to be blocked. His account has to be suspended.
Never opt for this travel agent. We booked trip to Vietnam recently. They took money and did not make payment to local agent in Vietnam who in turn stopped our services. We were harassed and forced to (Read More) return back to India. They take money and stop responding. Won't recommend it to anyone. Please don't not go by reviews they post.
• Trip to Darjeeling, Gangtok
Average tour with some issue with hotel rooms. Please make sure roomtype and airflow of rooms to avoid disappointment. Not sure what's defination of their 3 Star hotels. All hotels not 3 Star but bud (Read More)get hotels. During tour you won't get any service support except excuses.every day you will get new car and driver that might be uncomfortable.
