What's Not Good: WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. UN COOPERATIVE STAFF, Con Artist Definitely they will ruin ur trip.. Recently we opted this agency for Munnar(2days) Thek (Read More)kady(1 day) Alleppey House boat( 1 day) 1. First thing the itinerary given by them will not have good places. When we come to know and if we ask to show some good places. They will say extra amount to be paid...As outers we don't know good places, we trust them in that matter.. 2. Their main concern is to save fuel.. when I asked for top station they said we won't take u their as more fuel will be consumed so we won't take you there. If u want us to take there pay extra amount... 3. Some itinerary places they have chosen are there is no water in one waterfall,one main park is closed. They know this thing still they had addedd in itinerary. When I asked them instead of those places take us to some other places, they said NO, we will follow itinerary. Apart from itinery places to visit u will have to pay extra amount.. 4. I got irritated on them and frustrated like that, they made me to complain to the police on this agency regarding this issue.. 5. The driver( vishnu) , when we don't want to continue with them if they are not going to take us good places, I said him to leave us at hotel and will plan accordingly to us.. still without our permission he is taking to some place after I told him to leave at the hotel.. Every time if we stop for 2 or 3 minutes for tea or coffee or toilet. He will stop the AC, with people and kids sitting in the car..He says AC Will be on while in running only. Such an uncooperative driver.. 6. This agency will try to convince u to opt for morazzo vehicle, Saying both are same , But morazzo is very congested and fuel efficient so they will try to convince you. In every part they will try to convince you for everything according to them, intention behind this is to save more money at the cost of our experience.. 6. Regarding car, don't choose travel agency car, why because they will not show you good places, Un coperative driver, and importantly their vehicle will not reach good places and AC Will not be ON for few minutes also in between small stops in journey.. better prefer off road jeeps( we traveled with 1 year kid jeep, it's safe). 7. Hotels , Munnar(British county) hotel is average , food is worst. Location is good. Thekkady(woodnote). Hotel is good,food is good but no network for both airtel and jio, wifi is also very weak inside the room) 8. ALLEPPEY JONJES HOUSE BOAT. 100% I AM SAYING YOU WILL DISSAPPOINT IN THIS. I PAID 5000 EXTRA FOR HOUSE BOAT AC DURING DAY TIME ALSO AS I AM HAVING KIDS AND ALSO ALLEPPEY IS TOO HOT( DON'T STAY IN HOUSE BOAT DURING NIGHTS, AS WATER AVAILABILITY IS VERY LESS AND SALTY WATER, IF WATER HAS FINISHED DURING NIGHT YOU HAVE HOLD ALL THE THINGS UNTIL MORNING TO FILL THE WATER FROM OUTSIDE.) FOOD IS GOOD. MENU WILL BE SELECTED BY THEM ,IF ANYTHING SPECIAL LIKE PRAWNS OR KERALA VARIETIES REQUIRED ,YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THEM. MAINLY AC IS NOT WORKING IN THE HOUSE BOAT( NO GAS IN AC, THEY KNOW THAT AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN ROOMS), I INFORMED THEM REPEATEDLY, THEY ARE COMING AND CHECKING AND SAYING AC IS WORKING FINE. ATLAST I HAVE TAKEN OUTSIDE HOTEL NEAR BOAT TO SLEEP THERE DURING NIGHT. THEY KNOW THAT AC IS NOT WORKING IN THE ROOMS, HALL AC IS WORKING EXCELLENT ( BUT BOAT CHEF AND STAFF WILL SLEEP IN HALL WHERE AC IS WORKING PROPERLY), WHILE WE ATE LEAVING TO HOTEL THEY SAID THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UR LUGGAGE, U TAKE UR LUGGAGE WITH U. WHILE LEAVING THE BOAT NO ONE HAS COME TO HELP US WHILE GETTING DOWN FROM BOAT. OTHER BOAT STAFF CAME TO HELP US. 9. I PAID 5000 EXTRA FOR AC DURING DAY TIME IN BOAT, SO THE DRIVER HAS DRIVEN THE CAR FROM THEKKADY TO ALLEPPEY VERY SLOW IN 40KMPL SPEED TO BRING US RO THE BOAT VERY LATE.. ACTUALLY WE CAN REACH BY 12:30 BUT HE MANAGED TO BRING BY 2:30PM. I REPEATEDLY SAID HIM GO FAST. THAT IDIOT DRIVER SAYING IT'S GHAT ROAD AND LUGGAGE IS THERE ON THE TOP OF VEHICLE, SAME DRIVER BROUGHT US IN SAME VEHICLE WITH SAME LUGGAGE AND RISKY GHAT ROAD FROM MUNNAR TO THEKKADY AND THEKKADY TO ALLEPPEY.. HE CAME TO KNOW THAT WHILE COMING TO ALLEPPEY ONLY TO SAVE FUEL IN CAR AND IN BOAT..) 10. JONJES HOLIDAYS MAIN INTENTION IS TO SAVE MORE MONEY AND GIVE BAD EXPERIENCES TO CUSTOMERS, WE GOT IRRITATED AND FRUSTRATED THROUGHOUT OUR TRIP. MADE OUR TRIP AS A BAD EXPERIENCE DUE TO JONJES TRAVEL AGENCY. KERALA IS EXCELLENT. 11. MY SUGGESTION DON'T BOOK ANY TRAVEL AGENCY, DIRECTLY REACH MUNNAR,THEKKADY AND ALLEPPEY BY UR OWN ARRANGEMENTS. IN MUNNAR AND THEKKADY OPT FOR OFFROAD JEEPS, THEY WILL SHOW U GOOD PLACES THAN THESE PEOPLE. PREVIOUS GOOD REVEIWS MIGHT BE PAID OR MIGHT BE THEY DIDN'T SEARCHED FOR GOOD PLACES COMPARING THE ITINERY GIVEN BY JONJES HOLIDAYS. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS. MAINLY THEY WON'T ACCEPT THEIR FAULTS, THEY WILL TRY TO CONVINCE YOU ACCORDING TO THEIR PLAN AND TRY TO MAKE YOU FOOLS. 12. FINALLY AVOID JONJES HOLIDAYS

Very Poor service by the agent JONJES HOLIDAYS. Deserves ZERO (NON) STAR. Please do not blindly believe on positive reviews, they have restricted negative reviews. We cannot write negative reviews. SU (Read More)CH an unprofessional business ethics.They themselves write positive reviews. I have personally experienced their (no) service and spoiled my entire trip after spending almost 0.7 lak. Even if I save a single customer, I'm happy.

We booked for 4D/3N trip and had a excellent experience. Sreejith K.M. was very calm, composed and took us wherever we asked for was very kind & helpful to us. Amazing time
We booked 7D/6N trip and we were accompanied by Mr.Arun. He did a fabulous job to cover all the places and explained us things in the language that we were comfortable. These guys are amazing. I would (Read More) recommend people to choose this trip for your holidays and you will never regret. They treat you like their own family.
KERALA MUNNAR ALAPPUZHA
We booked a 3N4D package which covered Kochi, Allepey and Munnar. Our tour guide and driver Mr. Shinoj is prompt and well experienced and he understood our choice of activities and accommodated us exc (Read More)eptionally well, the sightseeing, food places and shopping activities suggested by him were what we were looking for. Ms. Anne planned the trip at a very short notice and provided us the best package which was worth every penny. We are very satisfied with our first visit to Kerala and would definitely recommend Jonjes Holidays for your visit to Kerala.
