We had a trip to Makkah and Madinah just recently with this company, and we regret about our choice, I wish the positive reviews vere real and we weren’t trapped by this false positive reviews, because starting from the very beginning after paying the money travel agent changed his attitude towards us!((((( He really lacks in communication skills, incompetent in his work. We missed our first fligh (Read More)t because of their timing mistake! We had to overpay for another tickets, we booked 4star hotels with breakfast included, but they again did a mistake they booked very poor hotel in Madinah, and in Makkah our hotel was without breakfast. We had to pay again and we had to request a money refund.
Very poorly organized transportation, drivers do not speak English or Arabic. It was challenging for us to talk to them.
We had to reach out and ask literally everything from the unprofessional travel agent. MD Nazmul was the name of the agent, he kept blaming us in his unprofessional mistakes. And did not apologize even once! ??☹️ We do not recommend this travel agency to anyone and will not deal with them anymore never again! ????????
