Let me share my recent travel experience, which was quite a rollercoaster. I initially booked a trip and paid a 10% deposit, but had to postpone it due to scheduling conflicts, and they refused to refund my money. Eventually, I rebooked, and we set off on June 11. I was in touch with a representative named Kajal, but once I made a 70% payment, I was directed to coordinate with Ajay. I reached out to Ajay, who seemed just as confused, leading to an hour wasted at the petrol station, which really dampened our spirits. To make matters worse, Ajay was quite rude over the phone, lacking any sense of hospitality.
After finally arriving at our destination, the driver was unfamiliar with the hotel location, causing us to struggle to find it in the middle of the night. This inconvenience led to me accidentally breaking my JD bottle while unloading my luggage, adding to the chaos of the evening. When we reached the Oakland Landour hotel, the rooms were below average, but the staff was incredibly helpful, which was a relief. After expressing my frustrations to Kajal the next morning, she offered further assistance. However, the next day, the driver didn’t have the itinerary and seemed quite clueless about the trip. Our final stop was Rishikesh, where we endured a grueling seven-hour traffic jam. Upon arriving at the hotel, Perfect Stays Mystic Falls, which was quite far from the main road, the receptionist insisted on collecting Aadhar cards for all six of us. While I understand the need for documentation, his approach felt overly aggressive, making us feel unwelcome. Overall, my family trip was filled with both frustrating and memorable moments.
