The Best Part is that we booked one international flight ticket to canada from M/s Inventive Tour for the month of February. Before booking we were not fully aware of rules and regulations for enterin (Read More)g canada and it was clearly describe by Mr. Puneet. Not the end but suddenly have to cancel the flight due to emergency situation few days before the travelling dates. Were really afraid of refund. We contacted Puneet ( Inventive Tour) through whom we booked the flights. When we approached them and told them about the issue faced and emergency came to us - they act immediately and processed the refund in a shorter time as we were bit unaware of cancellation charges. The good part is that it was minimal deductions which was bearable with us. Things really moves well and got the refund on time. Nevertheless its very rare that whenever you are in trouble that tensed you and look for help from everywhere but it did not happen with Inventive Tour as their act was so immediate that we were really surprised & shocked that things can move so easily as done by Inventive team. Our tension was removed within few minutes. Although they are small team but very efficient and reliable. Moreover, trustworthy. Their impact is really good on customers due to genuine behaviour. God Bless You Inventive Tour. Hope your really rise like a star. But we will again say and advice that never loose customer hopes and always be genuine like now.
