The booking and arrangements initially was excellent. Reeta was contacting me almost daily to assist me and finalise my itenerary. She also accommodated my preferred hotel requests. I then made paymen (Read More)t ,on 7 October 2024. Since then Reeta has stopped communicating. She however did ask her office to send me internal travel arrangements (after I requested the details) and I have since only had communications from Nikhil from her office.
I just feel that I should have been advised by Reeta, that after initial sale by her , I will be handed over to her office admin for ongoing communication. Then I would understand. Otherwise I just felt neglected.
Hope it all starts and ends well. I only arrive in Mumbai on 11/11/2024. But still dont know who will meet me at airport.

Trip planned as per guest’s request. Itinerary was adhered to. Changes were as per guest request. Company was accommodating. Only hiccup was the booking of a flight on Spicejet from Kashmir. Was (Read More)not as per plan but the company tried to accommodate. All in all a great trip considering there was ten people in the group.

The drivers were not good. They were arrogant and irresponsible. We were promised 8 am to 8 pm car service for 8 days from Delhi, agra, Vrindavan, Mathura and back. But they used to drop us in hotel (Read More)and vanish. They told us their duty is to drop while we were told that the service is from 8 am to 8 pm. The car agency is another agent from Incredible Planners. So multiple players involved and they were not clear of what was promised to the client.

I have major complaints with the 2 tours I booked for my boyfriend and I:

Kerala:
We were given a houseboat of much lower quality than we were pro (Read More)mised. We were promised a 1 bedroom, private houseboat of the Dix Houseboat 4 star quality. We were swapped shortly before starting the trip to the Ristango Houseboat which was a shared houseboat with several other families, a much lower quality than stated. This houseboat had an unsanitary kitchen, which led us to have food poisoning with vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days. This not only ruined our time on the boat but the following days of our vacation. The houseboat only had air conditioning at night which is also not of the quality of a premium houseboat, this also contributed harm to our bodies which were suffering from dehydration from vomiting / diarrhea. I told the tour agency shortly after arriving of our issues, with no response. I also asked for a refund for the houseboat shortly after with a response that they would “look into it” but it has been over a week with no further response.
We told our travel agent that we wanted to see elephants, and the tour package that was advertised highlighted wildlife viewing of elephants and other wildlife at Periyar Park Lake in Thekkady. However, the time of year we went (late May) is known to be too hot to see elephants during the day, as the lake water level is too low for the elephants to drink from it. The travel agents did not tell us of this before we went and falsely advertised an activity they should have known would not be possible at that time.
Other: We were given 2 single twin beds instead of a single large bed at the Gokulam hotel in Kochin. At the Justa Rangers Hotel we were held up for an hour at checkout because the travel agent did not pay the full amount for the hotel. They eventually paid, and we were allowed to leave the hotel, but it delayed our time to vacation.
Dharamsala:
We paid for and were promised in the tour package dinner for all nights, we only received dinner on 1 night. We checked with the Citrus Hotel and dinner was not paid for by the travel agency. Therefore, we are missing 2 nights of meals for 2 people.
Our tour guide was not a guide at all. He made our experience very terrible on the trip with his poor ability and rude, unprofessional actions. We asked for a new driver within a few hours of meeting him, but were met with no response and no explanation from the tour agency. Driver Issues:
Driver knew little English, hard to communicate. This makes him a terrible guide. We did not learn anything about any of the places we drove to
Car is dirty and had garbage in it. Passenger seats are covered with plastic sheet and a rug. Underneath are permanent stains from spills.
While driving, he is on the phone more than half the time. Either calling his friends and speaking loudly or messaging people. He also plays very loud music in the car, despite being told to stop. He told us driving is his problem and us sleeping is not his problem.
Driver is never punctual. He was 30 minutes late picking us up at the airport on day 1, 2h late picking us on day 2, and 30 minutes late on day 3
We visited sites and he would want to visit it too long after we went in, making us wait for him to be a tourist.
Driver is unfamiliar with area and constantly making wrong turns, lost and asking for directions
Car had problems - had to get out and push while on a mountain
Repeated reminders to be ready for 8am to take us to the airport, he is not ready until after 8:30am. I had to go wake him up to get ready. We sit and wait and watch him eat breakfast after we have had our own. We were almost late for our flight.
On the way to airport is constantly on app trying to get a driving job for the airport
I would not recommend this agency at all.

A remarkable trip planned by Incredible Planners. A truly well crafted blend of tourist attractions and more rare gem like local sites, were carefully selected by Reeta and her team at Incredible Plan (Read More)ners to ensure the most spectacular holiday in India. The hotel selection was absolutely brilliant and the trip was so well coordinated in every aspect. It was a truly amazing experience as the trip was hassle free. It must be noted that Reeta and her team were extraordinarily professional and so accommodating to itinerary changes even whilst on the holiday as well as in the planning phase of the itinerary. Reeta and her team swiftly and professionally responded to any questions we had and aided in every situation from seamless hotel check-in to changing travel routes and day plans with almost no notice. All in all an extremely amazing holiday in large part due to the professionalism and expertise of Reeta and her team.

The tour operator was flexible and came-up with a good suggestions and alternatives for the itinerary. So, on paper the plan looked good.
But during the trip there were many issues.
The car broke- (Read More)down on fist day and had to drive slowly which resulted in reaching the destination very late.
Replacement vehicle was provided, but the driver wasn't good. He drove to the places he thought was nice instead of the places we wanted to see. On the last day, the agreement was to drop-off at the station. But the driver left on the previous day itself, leaving us to make our arrangement on the last day.
Some of the hotels booked were not in a good locality, it was in narrow lanes. Dinner wasn't available in few despite being included in the package.

WORST PLANNERS, NEVER TRUST THEM, BELOW IS THE DETAILED REVIEW
Hello Guys,
I am not a guy who share much reviews on the internet but Incredible planners have forced me to do it.
Our have scheduled a planned trip to Shimla and Manali with our closed friend f (Read More)amily Sandeep(total members: 6 members including 2 kids with less than 8 years of age) and the agreed amount for the plan is 91K(4 star accommodation, vehicle from start to end trip) excluding flight tickets, for which 15k need to be payed in advance through bank transfer and remaining through Credit card.
Finally trip started on April 23rd, 2022 and Cab driver received us in Delhi airport and made us to walk almost 2 kms to the car, and drove us to Shimla resort which rates only 2 star but resort staff are good. Next day trouble starts, cab driver will stop vehicle on the road with kids and ladies in the car as INCREDIBLE PLANNERS have not payed amount to cab service….this continued 3 times all together on isolated places where I got scared about the kids and family.
Whenever cab stopped we tried to reach Ms. Reeta but she never attended calls and her staff replied she is on vacation on Bangkok, BUT WE SUFFERED IN MIDDLE OF THE ROAD WITH FAMILY SCARING IN UNKNOWN PLACE……will continue review of Manali stay in the next review.

worst experience. stay away
very disappointing experience. i doubt if the posiive comments here are genuone ones. we booked a trip to shimla' manali from delhi ' its a 8 nights and 9 day package. we were quoted 91k and we havent (Read More) negotiated even a single rupee but all we said is we need a hassle free experience. our initial agreement was to pay 15k in cash and rest with credit card which we made it very clear. the owner reeta was initially very responsive and the movement we paid advance' she is gone. we had lot of problems wth driver where they had stopped the vehicle on the road because they havent got any payment from planners. we had small kids and we had to follow up with these guys to make a paymrnt to vehicle owner. their operations team is of no use. and ms reeta was busy in enjoying her holiday on bankok.
trust me DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH THESE GUYS . pls email me or call me if you need any details but stay out from these planners.

Rajasthan Trip for Family!!
We recently planned a trip to Rajasthan and got in touch with few agents to assist with the same. The best response we got was from Incredible Planners who are actually Incredible in every sense. The (Read More)planning was to the core and execution was amazing and choice of hotels was really good in our budget and all arrangements were amazing keeping kids in mind.

It was a comfortable YATRA with best arrangements by Incredible Planners.It was Madam Swati Singh who made our tour comfortable. Every day she is used to call 2-3 times and taking care. I have been travelling and at least we make two long tours a year with family and friends but Swati ji is the only tour organiser who used take care of each and every thing so that we are comfortable. What an amazing trip!!
It was a short trip from Delhi to Simla in March and it was planned on a very short notice. I am grateful to Mr. Megh Singh who took us to Simla in the best possible way. The experience was really sup (Read More)erb as he really took care of us along the way. Since he is from Himachal, he knew a lot about the area we were visiting and due to his knowledge he also avoided the roadblocks due to the farmer agitation going on at that time. What was really impressive was his driving skills and his attitude. Me and my wife felt really comfortable and safe with him and we really enjoyed a lot. I think he was the best possible person to take us on our trip and we really appreciate the politeness and professionalism shown throughout the trip. Thank you so much. Actually it was an excellent trip.Everything went very smooth no hassles anywhere. You can just relax and enjoy the trip. The driver Meghsingh was very professional if I say to pick up at 9 am next d (Read More)ay he will be there by 8:50 itself.He took care of us like his own family.We covered most of the places as planned.Kamal carefully planned the itenaries as I required.They have provided the same hotel as promised.We did not face a single issue in the hotel.
Cons:Small confusion while checking in Jaipur hotel.Same hotel in two different places and we went to the wrong one it was almost 2 hrs waste of time.
In Delhi due to farmer protest some places were closed and Guides were not aware of this and ended up in unwanted traveling around Delhi.
But overall I am very much satisfied with incredible planners and I recommend to my relatives and friends am giving them 4 stars as there is a scope of improvement always.

Trip planning can be much improved. like Hotel booking time of travel back.
I have planned for 5days trip and paid for 5days , so these people miscalculated travel from Manali to Delhi as 10hrs which (Read More) takes more than 16hrs because of fog and also on going protests. So as the traveller booked for 5 days hotels we had to vacate the room a day before so that flight can be catched.

We had got more than what we wished for ...AN Incredible experience thru Incredible Planners, thanks to our DRIVER cum GUIDE mr. BISHT n very helpful n understanding Mr. KAMAL.
We planned for Delhi N (Read More)ainital Jim Corbett Mussouri Danaulti Delhi enroute Haridwar n Rishikesh but on reaching Nainital the tour changed on mr. BISHT's suggestions n a cooperative Mr. Kamal. The tour scedule changed to Nainital, Jim Corbett, Haridwar Chanda devi darshan, Dhanaulti, Gangotri devi darshan at Harshil, Kashi Vishwanath bhagwan at Uttarkashi, Rishikesh for a Ganga snan n Ganga arti, Mansa devi at Haridwar then back to Delhi in time to catch our return flight to Pune from 15th of Nov to 21st if Nov'20.
The journey was very safe n a thrilling adventure cum Religious trail leaving me an wife wanting it more.
So we have already asked them to plan our similiar adventure com Religious trail as soon as possible.

We were planning Shimla Manali tour with incredible planners through Swati Singh in mid February when Corona virus pandemic was in initial stage in neighbouring countries ,so we were hesitating to boo (Read More)k the tour but after getting written confirmation email from Swati Singh that if tour cancelled due to any reason they will refund 95 percent of booking amount ,we pay the booking amount but after that due to lockdown in April 2020 the tour was
cancelled but we don't received any refund till now as per their commitment,nor they are receiving my call,we cannot keep faith on written promises also, very bad

Trip to Delhi, Agra
Our main goal was to visit Tajmahal. It didn’t happen because none of them even thought they should inform us that there is a closing time for ticket. We conveyed our bad feeling to the contact person (Read More) and guess what he saw the message and didn’t even bother to reply. And mainly they didn’t provide us with an English speaking guide. If they did many of our confusions would have solved. Now all the money we spent has gone to waste. And they are collecting all the balance money before even the trip starts.

Bad transportation

The trip was well organized and the hotel bookings were in order. I had explicitly requested for certain hotels and same was arranged. Kamal, who was my point of contact was always reachable and cate (Read More)red to most of my requests. The main issue however was w.r.t the transportation that was arranged. The car was not clean - had stains on the seats and the driver was absolutely not co-operative - his driving was not bad as such. He wasn't aware of the itinerary as well. This was the case inspite of having repeatedly asked for a good car and a driver. Hence an average rating otherwise what would have been a good trip.

The trip was not planned properly. We were told it takes 12 hrs to reach but it took more than 16 hours to reach. I know no one can estimate the sudden traffic but that should be considered while plan (Read More)ning. We were told to pay the balance amount after reaching the destination, but was asked for remaining amount in the middle of the trip. Though the package consisted of hotel charges, but we were asked to pay some amount in hotel also.
My Family Trip to North India

This was my family trip of 9 folks to Dalhousie, Dharamshala, Amritsar, Delhi, Mathura and Agra. Overall planning was good and there was daily followup by Swatiji. I am taking off one star only due to (Read More) I couldn't get my recommended hotel at Dalhousie. I was been put in hotel at Banikhet which is about 6 km away from Dalhoosie with very limited view from hotel and away from all happening places. Other reason was last minute route changes in plans for whatsoever reason.
Apart from this all hotels and arrangement was excellent. I will recommend Incredible Planners and Swatiji to my colleagues and family members and wish them all the best.

These four days was completed and (Read More) wonderful. Flexible to choose the hotels,of course Ms Reetha gave us the great solution also. She really knows what we need the best 5* hotel with great services and views. In Jaipur we stayed at The Crown Plaza Jaipur Tonk Road, gave us tranquil and exclusive environment with great pool view from our windows. Wow we got free upgraded room being Deluxe room with more spacious room.In Agra we stayed at The Crystal Sarovar Premier Agra, we got the Taj Mahal view and of course again we got the free upgraded room being Junior Suite room. In Delhi, Ms Reetha suggest us Maidens Hotel the Great heritage hotel with unbeatable services. Maidens Hotel really gave us unforgettable fabulous 5* hotel experience, we never get such an extraordinary services like that from other 5* hotels before. The General Manager, the Assistant Manager and all the staff greet and serve us and also all the guest privately. They did not hesitate to intervene directly serving all the guests.That's the meaning of true service. Thank you Ms Reetha,Mr Megh Singh, all the team, all the tour guides, all the hotels staff we stayed it was such an unbeatable and unforgettable trip all the time. This agent failed to completely fulfill the agreed upon program, there was no guide although he was included in the package, for the Safari, there was a canter instead of a jeep as it was programed, t (Read More)here was no good prevision for the constraint of Holi day, thus a whole day was spoiled and we were just blocked in the hotel all day long doing nothing and waiting for the driver to come. When he finaly showed up at 4.30pm (we have been waiting from 8am) he was completely drunk so we refused to make a journey of 400 kms from Udaipur to Jaipur with him and had to pass the overnight at Udaipur. Consequently, we had very short time to visit Jaipur and were obliged to cancel visiting many important places. The responsible of the agency didn't even apologize or even say goodbye before our departure. The driver however was very kind and friendly.

My wife and I are from Malaysia and we took the above tour package. All the arrangements were good. Reeta was very helpful throughout the tour. The only setback was the 5-star hotels that we stayed (Read More) were far from the city. So, in the evenings, after the tours, it was difficult for us to do any shopping or even to have dinner outside the hotel.

We found deficiency of service by the Incredible Planners.
Pick up at airport was delayed by 20 minutes.
It was shown as Triple-bed room in Delhi hotel. But when we checked-in, we were given double (Read More)bedroom with extra mattress on floor. When we contacted the IC about this over the phone at around 9 pm, the lady from IC, shouted at us and said she would return the balance of advance amount paid towards the tour after deducting the expenses. These people are ready to ditch us in the middle of the trip. Very shocking and unexpected from the trip organizers.
Guides were not sent in Delhi and at Jaipur, the guide left halfway.
Good points about IC : Vehicle service is good, Drivers are well behaved, and IC provided the trip at reasonable price.

Good but can be better.
We took a Golden Triangle (Delhi - Agra - Jaipur) tour in 1st week of July'2017. We had finalized the itinerary and booking as early as Jan/Feb 2017 which were all co-ordinated by Ms Reeta (owner/part (Read More)ner of the company). It was nice that she personally came to pick us up at the airport and alight at the hotel. Now about the tour.
The positives were:
- The Hotels were very good
- The Car and driver was also very good.
- The guides at Agra and Jaipur were very good who provided us with valuable information.
The negatives were:
- The itinerary was not followed as submitted to us and many things/places were not covered by the guides especially the Jaigadh & Nahargarh fort at Jaipur, tomb of Itmad-ul-Daulah at Agra, Light & Sound show and laxminarayan temple @ Delhi. Even the guide didn't know about anything (location / significance) of one of the places "Nawab sahib ki haveli" mentioned in the itinerary for Jaipur, which was bit strange.
- The local guides were unaware of the planned itinerary and followed their own standard itinerary. For eg: In Jaipur we reached in the noon as per the itinerary, there was sight-seeing planned, but the guide only arrived next morning. Upon enquiry he told he was booked only for a day and didn't know anything about previous day. This is pure mis-management.
- The guide provided at Delhi (Mr. Tarun) was a big big disappointment. We felt that he was in a hurry and wanted to show us places only from the car. He discouraged us to visit Raj Ghat, India Gate etc but we insisted and completed the places. Also he did not accompany us to the Humayun tomb and stayed in the car on the pretext that it was drizzling. Whereas we saw other guides assisting the tourists in the Humayun tomb inspite of rain. Even some of the information what he provided was incorrect when we cross-checked with google/Wikipedia. Such guides should not be recommended.
I think as the company is new, it is yet to become truly professional. Wishing them all the best for success.

Trip to Agra, Jaipur
The treatment given to us by Reeta was amazing and we thank her for the level of personal service provided. She is a dedicated and passionate CEO/owner of her own travel business. We took the tour t (Read More)o Agra as our sole reason to visit India (we made it a stop over on the way to Europe) was to see the Taj Mahal. Our tour guide was excellent, had an amazing knowledge of the history attached to the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort. There were absolutely no language problems, as there often can be when Indian people speak English.
Upon our return to Delhi and with a further day to spare Reeta arranged for us to have a guided tour of Delhi covering both the old and new. Again we had an incredibly knowledgeable guide.

I found incredible Planners to be most helpful who were always contactable. Obviously they freelance some guides so you end up with guides who are better than others. All driver pick ups and drop offs (Read More) were on time. All in all a good experience with them and I would use them again as it was my first trip to India and I was glad I got to deal with a trustworthy and professional company.

I booked 2 guided tours. The first was during the HOLI festival. The guide was very informative and took me to a organised festival which I throughly enjoyed. We then went through he pink city and I p (Read More)icked up some useful information and history. The only disappointment I had was the number of sales pitches I got without any pre warning. For example taken to an elephant sanctuary where I was met by the owner who tried to push for me to fork out 8000 rupees for an elephant ride, feeding of the elephant etc. I said I wasn't interested but he continued to force this. I did not take him up on his. The guide did say I do not need to agree to anything but a couple of more times I was taken to Jewlers, texture warehouse, clothing manufactures and shops. I enjoyed my second trip to Agra. We met the guide there who was excellent, giving me an excellent guided tour and facts I did not know about the Taj Mahal which was great. He was very good at keeping me informed of any issues or persons looking to "fleece" tourists which I appreciated. Overall good value but I wish the guides would not take me to places such as shops and manufactures as this puts added pressure onto visitors. I did purchase one thing from a shop but when I said I do not wish to purchase any more it becomes difficult to say no and I had to walk out of the shop on one ocassion as I felt I was harassed.
My Trip to Agra was Good

I was happy with the tour guide assigned to us in Agra, but less happy with the time planning by the company. We paid for a full day of touring with Agra in the morning and Delhi in the afternoon, up (Read More) until we left for the airport for our 9pm plane to Mumbai. Instead we got an early morning tour of the Taj Mahal and a drive to the airport in Delhi. In Agra, we had a wonderful tour guide and a great early morning tour of the Taj Mahal and a store that makes inlaid marble like in the Taj. Thinking he had most of the day to tour with us, the guide left us for over an hour back at the hotel to eat breakfast and relax instead of taking us to the other Agra spots before our drive to Delhi. When he picked us up to continue touring, he started getting urgent calls from the company that we had to leave immediately to allow us time to tour Delhi before our flight. But when we got to Delhi, there was no tour guide assigned to us. A young college age student joined us for a few hours, but every question we asked him about the places we passed he said he didn't know anything about. We would have been much better off buying a book about Delhi.

A great disappointement
Trip to Kerala, Kanyakumari
Last week we have returned from an interesting trip in India. This was the 6th time in this magnificent subcontinent, which we love very much.
The trip was self-organized and was a smashing success (Read More)besides 4 days in Kerala that were taken care of by Ms Reeta from Incredible Planners. The lady, who is very nice and polite, made a big mistake, the outcome of which was that we arrived to a hotel in Munnar, where we were supposed to stay for 2 nights and realized that we have no reservation. Though the lady made her best to help, there was no vacancy in the hotel (Fort Munnar) and we had to move to other hotels, which were far away from the hotel and on a lower level than what we have paid for.
Our request for reimbursement of the extra money we paid for the lodging was ignored, though we didn’t ask any compensation for waste of time and frustration! This is not a way that a reliable Agency should react!

Vehicle and driver on both days excellent..picked up a guide on entering Agra..excellent and informative...guide in Delhi so willing to please and kind....do these guides get paid by the booking agent (Read More)? Just curious as both guides did not know incredible planners...so how are they reimbursed?
