Had a great experience with i Sikkim Travel during our Gangtok trip. The overall planning and coordination were smooth, and the itinerary was well-structured, covering all the major attractions withou (Read More)t feeling rushed.
The cab service was reliable, and the drivers were polite and familiar with the routes, which made the journey comfortable. Hotel arrangements were decent, and the views from the stay were a big highlight of the trip.
There were a few minor communication gaps initially, but the team managed to resolve things when needed. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, especially for a place like Sikkim where local coordination matters a lot.
Would recommend i Sikkim Travel to anyone planning a trip to Gangtok and nearby areas.
Good Service,The drivers and staff were nicest people!
I Sikkim Travels arranged customised package according to my requirement.
We enjoyed the journey as drivers were experienced, skilled as well as polite.
According to our expenses...the transportation needs to improve ...the bus we travel from siliguri to gangtok and gangtok to siliguri was not satisfied. It was worst in all my life experiences. The bus (Read More) pick up was not done properly, the bus was more than 20 years old, very dirty and window glasses were all broken. The vehicle broke down more than 10 times, while returning our bus broke down again and we had to travel from another bus and we came back standing for hours as we were accommodated in other bus.
