Do not book any package from Holiday Yaari.
This is a very bad travel agency and the agents don't have any manners to talk and they lie.
I booked a package of Jammu (Read More)Kashmir holiday from Yaari and whatever was said in the package did not happen, it is a fraud company.
The things that were mentioned in the package were not vist Signtseeing.
And they will take their commission by saying that they have to make payment to the hotel and the driver and will not make any advance payment, they lie about everything, it is a complete thief company.
Travel agent Divya told everything a lie and travel agent Himanshu has no manners of talking, if not then please do not book any package, my whole tour has gone into problems because of them, the my whole tour got very poor only because of this travel agency.

is very scenic view from the room.
cab drivers provided by them in manali ,delhi first day trip as well as to agra all the three people are very cooperative.
Last day was awesome madhura and vrindavan is not at all in our plan still we covered with driver coperation.
Any query we got always tried to reach prathiksha ,she is quite coperative ,patience enough to answer all our queries.

We have booked our trip with holiday yaari and we have faced real trouble during traveling from manali to Delhi via bus as we didn't get our booked seat and holiday yaari didn't take any responsibilit (Read More)y to resolve the issue.finally everything they have dumped on us.worst experience so best advise don't booked your trip with holiday yaari becoz once you paid they don't care. Better to choose other travel agency.

Holidays yaari has given excellent package for trip. Hotel service was awesome and food also very tasty. Honeymoon complimentary services were very good. Volvo services are also very good. Travelling (Read More)service was also very good but local driver gets more benefits for their personal which needs to improve. Other services had arranged 8n good manner.

Trip To Mcleodganj
The trip was pretty good but the support from the Holiday Yaari team was fantastic, till my trip got over there staff (Divya and Amit) was right there helping me be at with the Hotel Management or the (Read More) bus traveller, these guys coordinated the trip perfectly. Yes there were few blips but all in all it was very good trip and my rest of the team members were very much happy with arrangement. So in future if I have to book a trip i know whom to contact.
Special thanks to Rishu Sonker who organised the trip for me and patiently planned the trip as per my requirements and took care of all the detailing and changes even till the last time.
Manali-Amritsar Trip
One of the worst experience we had, trip arranged by Tabassum and Divya.
Problems Faced:
1) End moment changes in hotel accommodation, where you get dinner served @11:30pm, with no other proper faci (Read More)lities.(Worst arrangement by tabassum and divya, every new day comes a new msg your hotel location is changed).
2) No proper coordination between driver and holiday yaari, driver says one thing while holiday yaari says other things.
3) Once paid 50% money, they are least bothered in providing good facilities.
4) Upon having problems, when called to Tabassum and divya neither of them respond to calls. We will get it handled and then they disappears.
One Suggestion: If you really want to enjoy your trip, don't even think of choosing Holiday Yaari. Spend some more time on research and get your trip planned by yourself.

These guys tried to stopped us on extreme ghat roads by contacting the owner of travel agency because we gave a bad review. They threatened us you will not reach the airport. Mainly we mentioned the n (Read More)ames of these company employees harsh aurora and prasanth in the review so while we are returning to delhi airport they stopped us on the extreme ghat roads and made us to delete the review. Worst package ever they will take all your money and mainly this prasanth doesn’t know how to speak with the customer so don’t trust this two guys because of this two guys the whole company gets a badname.

About our Manali trip
We have a great experience in manali. We enjoyed every single moment and for all this I am thankful to Prashant singh ji and all people in trip. The hotel is fantastic and service is also good but the (Read More)re is something wrong with manager of the hotel because we had a great bonding with driver bhaiya but he was nit allowed to come in our rooms. Otherwise all things are very good. A big thanks to holiday yaari for adding a memorable journey in our life.

Worst experience I got from any agency. They will take your payment of around 50% for booking purpose and all in advance. Once you paid as per suggested by them, they will show their real face and wil (Read More)l manipulate you. The representative whose name is Prashant Singh is extremely rude to customers. You will be stumbling block once paid.

On sending the hotel vouchers, there is procedure of getting atleast 40% of the total package amount fr (Read More)om the guest for sending an advance to hotels and cab arranged,
he started indulging us into an unecessary arguments, abused us and threaten us for legal actions.
His date of arrival is on 13th Dec 2019 and he has reviewed on 04th Sept 2019 without taking any of our service which itself is a hillarious thing.

Holiday Yaari is worst company
Sugar coats everything while booking,but after that poor service by them is provided.
- the driver keeps on speaking bad about the holiday Yaari.
-itinerary made was totally wrong. Lots of our time (Read More) wasted in car driving.
- till payment they were calling me daily but after payment they did not called once to confirm whether we are having comfortable journey or not. Driver came late to pickup. We waited for 45min twice. I clearly mentioned I need veg hotels but without my approval they booked stay in veg-nonveg hotels. I told them my parents alone are going. So please take care of them , they need personal attention as they are 49-50 yrs. But the company did not call my parents. This company is sitting just to earn money. they are careless. N not at all concerned about customer . The driver did not know any places my parents have to guide. The itinerary made by this company was so confusing n even driver was unable to understand that. Over all, worst experience experience this company out deserves a 0/5. N helpline is always busy I keep on calling helpline 2 days but no one replied.

Never ever book your holidays with this company if you don't want to ruin your precious moments.
Literally they have no sense of booking a camp for honeymoon couple.
The photo's we received were d (Read More)ifferent one and the the camp which was booked was different one.
According to photos it was spacious and attached washroom one, once we reached and there was whole different scenario,
The tent which was booked for us was so small that we weren't able to keep our travel bag inside and common washroom between 10 tents, (Seriously how anyone can book this kind of accommodation for honeymoon couples.)

Everything has a rate and every one has his pocket. You were giv (Read More)en the same thing which was in your budget and pocket. So just blaming a company and arguing un-necessarily cant be entertained every time.
Better ask for the things which you want exactly that too which should be in your budget.

I will be explaining why I wrote these truthful words above,
• ITINERARY
- They lure you by giving you a "FRIDAY OFFER" wherein you will be told that a certain amount will cover - AC transport, The fuel, Driver, Hotel bookings
- The fully Air Conditioned Vehicle is just for namesake in this Indian Summer weather wherein the temperature soars upto 38°C, the driver SWITCHES THE AC OFF according to his own will stating that the Vehicle does not travel uphill if the AC is switched on. We traveled around 118kms in the scorching heat without the Air Conditioning turned on, I puked twice throughout the ordeal due to heat related nausea.
- The driver demanded for the fuel money inspite of it being mentioned that the fuel charges are covered in the plan itself
- The music system in the car did not work for the initial 60-70 kilometers
• DRIVER PROVIDED
- Inexperienced, clumsy, manerless and had no sense of talking to elderly people
- He almost RAN OVER MY FATHER'S FOOT when he was getting out of the car, he accelerated the car while he was getting out.
- He was calling his friend repeatedly while driving and was talking solely about BLENDERS PRIDE AND SIGNATURE ALCOHOL, mind you this guy was carrying a family on a mountain for the next 4-5 days
- He constantly kept on SWITCHING OFF the air conditioning when the temperature outside was 38°C while it was clearly mentioned that the customers will be provided a fully air conditioned vehicle throughout the journey
- He drove very rashly and did not show down on potholes, my father mentioned he had a back issue, still he did not have the basic courtesy to take care of driving slow on the potholes
• HOTEL BOOKINGS
• HOTEL #1
- The first hotel they booked for us was just alright although it was far off from the main city in an isolated location accompanied by kachcha roads
- it had no air conditioning
- no toiletries provided
- no towels
- the bedsheet, quilt cover & pillows all were extremely dirty
- the television had a poor reception
- the toilet was infested with cockroaches and fleas, one was under my toilet seat
- The shower wasn't working
- The breakfast provided was STALE (pickle and bread)
- The swimming pool has flocs of algae floating over it which they did not clean throughout the stay
HOTEL # 2
- WE DID NOT STAY AT THE SECOND HOTEL THEY BOOKED FOR US AS IT WAS SO AGONIZINGLY BAD AND UNHYGIENIC
- The hotel was constructed at such a bad location that we, without thinking about the loss of money changed the hotel and booked another one which best suited our comfort and class
- The rooms were small, they had a pungent smell inside
- The balcony had no view, because of a big building constructed infront of it
- The bathroom had stains over 2/3 of the total wall
- Forget air conditioning
- The hotel itself was 15kms off of the main city
SHAME ON YOU "HOLIDAY YAARI" FOR RUINING THE PRECIOUS TIME, HARD EARNED MONEY AND MOOD OF THE UNAWARE INDIAN PUBLIC.

Well this client detail isnt in our record, but seems like he is the same persons who was willing to do the final settlement after reaching his home location Gurgaon. Finding this guy suspicious we de (Read More)nied to do the same as we found that he is not willing to the payment.
He has asked for the same before his deal with the company but we refused the same at that time also.
Finding our package attractive and budget friendly, he close the deal but again when he was on his trip, started abusing drivers and pointing out unnecessary things just to escape paying the full amount.
He just wants to defame a company who value their customers.

Ex delhi to manali is 15-16 hrs of journey not 12-13 hrs
We started at 8:10 am
We reached at 1:15 am

It was very difficult to find hotel at 1 am, as no one was responding .
Driver was not aware of what points/area to be covered
On starting day , we did not have dinner & on end of trip also we were just travelling....cab did not stop for dinner at dhaba
Cab driver was expecting some extra money from us at the end of our trip but we did not have extra money as all were spent.
But still , with all the pitfalls...overall trip was very well planned

The most worst bitter experience by holiday yari. I went Manali,Agra& Delhi with family&kids in 5 days they covered they covered 4 places and skipped 13 places.The holiday yari staff people named (D (Read More)IVYA & PRATHIMA SINGH ) they will never solves your problem while tour they will not respond to you after booking. The most terrible thing in this worst tour is the cab driver( MANDEEP Singh will talk mobile continually while driving in my whole tour he irritated with speaking mobile while driving.His behaviour is worst every day we should wait for him to start the tour he will not lift the phone and give response to our call. My family had suffered a lot my wife and children with the rude behaviour of driver.please don't encourage such driver's your life will be in risk. I have wasted my time, money buy booking package in holiday yari. The worst thing is the driver MANDEEP Singh will

Actually we can write a book how my 5 days spent in tour. The worst ever experience with HOLIDAY YARI.
I can't express how my wife and children suffered in this tour by the driver behaviour.

This is incorrect that u have never been entertained in ur problems.
We were always there for a solution and we kept on asking the driver to get ur itinerary covered.
But there is a basic beh (Read More)aviour with everyone. Everyone has a self respect and that too is with the driver also.
U n ur son kept on abusing the driver. U were very harsh during ur travel with him. He has been hired to make u travel.
We havent sent a servant with u.There always a route in an itinerary and the driver follows the same. U kept on asking the driver to roam here n there on the same route which he refused. Because going on the same route again n again require fuel.
So he didn't entertained but still tried to cover your points.
At least u should have written a balanced review instead of removing ur anger here coz we were always handling ur calls.

Good experience with travel yaari
This is regarding the recent trip from Bangalore to Wayanad on 26 Dec to 28 Dec from Holiday yaari.
First and foremost i would like to thank you and team for wonderful arrangement and plans. From the (Read More) very first day the planning and followups were very impressive. The Choosen resort was also good and the driver was also well aware of the area.
My special thanks goes to Chiya Ahuja who was constantly helping in planning even inlate night also. She was very much cooperative and very well understood of the situation. She has very good negotiation skills and followup is very good.

Last week my wife and I visited from Dubai along with my other friends and their kids. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides and our crew truly cared about us, both the kids and adults, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For kids this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of their life - something we will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. For adults, we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip from Hotel booking with a beautiful mountain and lake view to sight seeing, arranging meals and many other activities for kids. The guide was wonderfully informed and participated enthusiastically in all the activities. A shout-out also to the local guides who each brought their own perspective. Lastly would like to mention about the driver who was very polite, confident who has provided a safe journey throughout. Excellent.

Had a peaceful and comfortable trip to Mussoorie.
To start with, HolidayYaari have done a great job by planning my customised trip to Mussoorie from Delhi over weekend.
The customer service were understanding, polite and so helpful in understandin (Read More)g my requirements for the trip.
They have assigned us an experienced, patient and friendly cab driver. He was guiding us all through out and riding with him was a nice experience.
HolidayYaari have booked us a nice hotel too.

Holiday Yaari and his team did a great job of organizing a comprehensive tour of "Manali". We pretty much covered almost all the areas. We enjoyed the trip and the scenery in many places is spectacula (Read More)r.The itinerary was well planned by them.
Everything went smoothly to the schedule. THANK YOU "MR Prashant" for your excellent services especially our drivers and accommodation. Hotel services are cool and breakfast in hotel was unlimited as we had taken buffet and had varieties. All the staff thru out the journey was responsive & friendly.
