I will be explaining why I wrote these truthful words above,
• ITINERARY
- They lure you by giving you a "FRIDAY OFFER" wherein you will be told that a certain amount will cover - AC transport, The fuel, Driver, Hotel bookings
- The fully Air Conditioned Vehicle is just for namesake in this Indian Summer weather wherein the temperature soars upto 38°C, the driver SWITCHES THE AC OFF according to his own will stating that the Vehicle does not travel uphill if the AC is switched on. We traveled around 118kms in the scorching heat without the Air Conditioning turned on, I puked twice throughout the ordeal due to heat related nausea.
- The driver demanded for the fuel money inspite of it being mentioned that the fuel charges are covered in the plan itself
- The music system in the car did not work for the initial 60-70 kilometers
• DRIVER PROVIDED
- Inexperienced, clumsy, manerless and had no sense of talking to elderly people
- He almost RAN OVER MY FATHER'S FOOT when he was getting out of the car, he accelerated the car while he was getting out.
- He was calling his friend repeatedly while driving and was talking solely about BLENDERS PRIDE AND SIGNATURE ALCOHOL, mind you this guy was carrying a family on a mountain for the next 4-5 days
- He constantly kept on SWITCHING OFF the air conditioning when the temperature outside was 38°C while it was clearly mentioned that the customers will be provided a fully air conditioned vehicle throughout the journey
- He drove very rashly and did not show down on potholes, my father mentioned he had a back issue, still he did not have the basic courtesy to take care of driving slow on the potholes
• HOTEL BOOKINGS
• HOTEL #1
- The first hotel they booked for us was just alright although it was far off from the main city in an isolated location accompanied by kachcha roads
- it had no air conditioning
- no toiletries provided
- no towels
- the bedsheet, quilt cover & pillows all were extremely dirty
- the television had a poor reception
- the toilet was infested with cockroaches and fleas, one was under my toilet seat
- The shower wasn't working
- The breakfast provided was STALE (pickle and bread)
- The swimming pool has flocs of algae floating over it which they did not clean throughout the stay
HOTEL # 2
- WE DID NOT STAY AT THE SECOND HOTEL THEY BOOKED FOR US AS IT WAS SO AGONIZINGLY BAD AND UNHYGIENIC
- The hotel was constructed at such a bad location that we, without thinking about the loss of money changed the hotel and booked another one which best suited our comfort and class
- The rooms were small, they had a pungent smell inside
- The balcony had no view, because of a big building constructed infront of it
- The bathroom had stains over 2/3 of the total wall
- Forget air conditioning
- The hotel itself was 15kms off of the main city
SHAME ON YOU "HOLIDAY YAARI" FOR RUINING THE PRECIOUS TIME, HARD EARNED MONEY AND MOOD OF THE UNAWARE INDIAN PUBLIC.
EVERYONE BE AWARE OF THE DEPLORABLE AND UNETHICAL TREATMENT BY THIS TORTURE OF A COMPANY! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND PLANS FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!

Well this client detail isnt in our record, but seems like he is the same persons who was willing to do the final settlement after reaching his home location Gurgaon. Finding this guy suspicious we de (Read More)nied to do the same as we found that he is not willing to the payment.
He has asked for the same before his deal with the company but we refused the same at that time also.
Finding our package attractive and budget friendly, he close the deal but again when he was on his trip, started abusing drivers and pointing out unnecessary things just to escape paying the full amount.
He just wants to defame a company who value their customers.
