Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback with us. you booked manali 3N 4D Volvo Package from us.On first day you want to go back delhi .You had booked your Super D (Read More)eluxe package for ₹25,000, but upon reaching Manali, you had to return to Delhi.We had informed you at the start of the tour that a 100% cancellation fee would apply. Nevertheless, we charged you only ₹20,000, waiving the remaining ₹5,000 of the package cost.We provided you with the hotel accommodation you requested. We had booked a car for you for three days, and your Volvo tickets for the round trip were already reserved; however, you decided to return to Delhi of your own accord.
We don't understand why you gave us 1 star. We fulfilled our commitments to you.if you find any other problem, you can contact us directly.
