We have taken a personalized tour to Visakhapatnam on December 2019 for 10 members. From flight booking to hotel to sightseeing to shopping to return home... all has been arranged by Hermes Voyages wi (Read More)th perfect coordination. The tour guide from them was very friendly, soft spoken and attentive. We have also got prompt support from the Hermes Voyages executives. I have referred 2 of my friends to them and hard the same good experience from them. We will plan another vacation this year... :)

If you really wish to test your patience please book your travels through them. The staff has no coordination at any levels.

DO NOT.. I sincerely urge you guys NOT to choose these guys as your tour operator. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL people with zero customer assistance. We booked them to plan our trip for 7 people from Kol (Read More)kata to Gangtok (and surroundings) and back. We had a PATHETIC experience with these guys as they are only concerned about their payments (all in advance) and will provide you NO assistance at all. Once paid they will NOT bother to even pick up your calls. Even by mistake a call is answered, all you will hear is 'I am out of office now and will not be able to assist until next morning'. We had a terrible experience with one of their executives BABU GHOSH and Biswajith. These people are very sweet, helpful and caring, UNLESS you have PAID the tour package ALL IN ADVANCE. They booked some awful properties without basic amenities and charges for luxuries. When you try to contact them; you will further get to know how horrible coordination they maintain among themselves. All they do is share another contact and ask to contact him/her instead of oneself as this is NOMORE their duty to help the guests. During our journey we did not get good property, had to pay for connecting transport (as opposed to agreed earlier), no one to carry luggage to and from 4th floor of hotel, insufficient meals (reasoning short of stock), Televisions with NO set-top box connections, and a team of uncooperative tour operators. I would again ask you guys to BEWARE of such people.. I wish I could rate them less than a star.
