What's Good: Nothing
What's Not Good: I had the worst experience with Green Vacation Holiday and their trip organizer, Ashutosh Pathak. He turned out to be extremely selfish and unpro (Read More)fessional. Despite taking 100% payment in advance, the services provided were completely unacceptable. Hotel Stay – A Nightmare Ashutosh promised that we would be accommodated in a good hotel with included breakfast and dinner, but the reality was far from it. • The room was filthy, and I even found a cockroach on the bed. • Warm water was unavailable in the bathroom. • Tap water was contaminated with drainage water. • The food at the hotel was terrible, and I vomited after eating it. Terrible Bus Journey The bus journey was another disaster. • The bus lacked sufficient leg space, making it extremely uncomfortable. • There was not enough room for luggage, and the driver handled it poorly. • While traveling on the tricky roads of Shimla, the driver failed to secure my luggage properly, and my new carry-on bag fell off during a night drive, getting completely damaged. Zero Accountability & Threats from the Organizer When I asked for compensation for my damaged bag, Ashutosh ignored my complaint at the time of the incident. Instead, on the last day of the trip, he started demanding a remaining balance of ₹8,000, which I had refused to pay upfront due to my previous experiences. Shockingly, he instructed the driver not to let me board the bus without making the payment. He even threatened to leave me at the hotel and abandon me while the group continued their trip. Final Verdict – Do Not Book with Green Vacation Holiday This experience was a complete disaster, filled with broken promises, poor service, and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against booking with Green Vacation Holiday or dealing with Ashutosh Pathak, as they are only interested in taking your money without delivering any quality service.
