Everything from the hotel bookings to the cab transfers was completely seamless and exceptionally well handled. The itinerary was perfectly designed by Javid ji, allowing us to soak in the breathtaking landscapes at our own pace without any hassle or rush. The driver provided was punctual, respectful, and very knowledgeable about all the local spots. Tour guide and driver were good . And javed did good job . But only my concerns were with hotel staff they were not familiar and trained for hospitality business. Due to which we had faced delay in mo (Read More)rning trip . As one of the hotel we stayed at Pine tree resort . The chef was very rude and were not prepared for the menu discussed prior and due to which half day was wasted at hotel . Also at Boat house the dinner food was limited and no hospitality attitude. People over there need to visit other cities and get trained. If such attitude towards hospitality business is there then it will be big loss for them. One should visit sikkim or darjeeling will definitely learn what hospitality business and positive attitude means . Rest all loved the weather and overall trip was roller coaster ride. Had great time . First nite at kishanganga was awesome . Food was good . And people were eager to serve with smile.
