Planning was good, the car and and driver was amazing, trip was personalized as per my request, hotels were decent. Overall an amazing experience.

The new hotels which were added recently to the itinerary could be managed better, for example we had to deal with the hotel and agent back and forth at kedarnath as hotel owner didn't want to give us 2 rooms even though we booked for 2 rooms.

We booked our Chardham Yatra package (4 people - family) with Get Go Trip in Sep’ 2026. We had a great experience with them. The whole team is friendly, polite and they accommodated well with our preferences of hotels and itinerary. The hotels we stayed in were also very comfortable - rooms were clean, food was fresh and views were filled with scenic beauty!! The driver was also very exper (Read More)ienced, he drove smoothly and safely on risky roads, kept the car clean, always had real-time information about routes/ diversions because of landslides, and he also had amazing mid-way restaurants’ recommendations. Overall, we had a really nice experience with the travel agent. The planning, coordination, transportation, and overall arrangements were smooth, and everything was well managed throughout the trip. The team was helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance.

The only area that could be improved was the hotel services. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were a little below expectations, which slightly affected the overall experience. Apart from that, everything was quite good, and we appreciate the effort put into making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.
