I complained him(Mr. Manish) of our driver 3 times in the trip but didn't respond after I made full payment to him.. his response was "I have only one driver there. U have to complete your trip with h (Read More)im any how" I'll suggest avoiding fiestro. If u can't, then at least try to make complete payments on last day or second last. Once u completed ur payments, your trip is done from there side. After making payments there will be no one to respond to your complaint.

Everything was finely organised. But only in Udaipur, accomodation was not good. Better to check the hotel condition personally before booking. Toilet wass not good.

Recently, we have completed a 6 nights-7 days family holiday trip in Rajasthan. We are thankful to Mr. Asif Khan for planning the whole trip for us. Although it was a hectic trip as we moved around Ja (Read More)ipur, Ajmer-Pushkar, Mount Abu, Udaipur and Chitargard sightseeing, he managed it very well. The hotels were decent except in Pushkar. The best part of the whole trip was the transportation. They have now a new INNOVA and the driver (Mr. Jai Singh) was excellent. He used to drive in decent speed and has a good knowledge about these places. So Asif-Jai-Fiestro is a good combination, they will take Fiestro to a new height provided they maintain the standard services they provided. I will look forward to have a similar tour with Fiestro. Thanks.

Hotels were good as per the package. Also good food at hotels. Drivers were headache. First driver allocated (Jaipur) - Knew Jaipur very well and was well verse with everything. Also was polite. (Read More) But even though communicating him that sight seeing is our priority, he was stopping at shops more and we even missed seeing jaigadh. He was sending his guides, trying to stop at few shops where he woukd get his comissions. And was giving some polite warnings on to come fast from sights. Very money minded. We could understand this, however did not mind it much. However next destination driver was pain. When we had to go to Udaipur, he assigned some other driver for us, saying he is not well . New driver did not know anything about Udaipur and was asking me to guide him looking at google maps...and if there was a lag due to connection issues, or google map was showing ways that were difficult, he was shouting at me. When I called fiestra person, telling him about the new driver and his behaviour, he said he has no knowledge that a new driver was sent. Hotel owner at udaipur wanted us to vaccate at 11am....this was not communicated to us in advance by fiestra. Not happy with these experiences.

Nice trip for 2 Days Nainital and 1 day at Ranikhet with early check in Hotel and cab booking.. There is lot to see for people coming from outside at Nainital and Ranikhet. Fiestro has been very kind (Read More) to take care of their customer requirement and their comfort. One must visit the Zoo, Naini Lake, Apple Garden and Golf Course. My trip in March 2019 was memorable without having any trouble for cab or hotel or food.

Mysore – Ooty Trip

Mysore – Ooty Trip Travellers: 58 Period: 4 Nights & 5 Days Where to begin my praise of this trip? It was first ever plane trip to most of the people in the group, the excitement was on peak a (Read More)nd everyone was curious and somewhat scared. It went great, everyone enjoyed the flight and most of us had a view of Mother Earth from plane. Damn Good! The buses arrived bit late to pick us up, but you never complain about the traffic in Bangalore, right. We arrived at out first destination on Ooty, the night journey took as on edge somehow. The staff was polite and helping, all throughout the stay in the hotel Treebo Rosefield Heritage, we had warm and nice food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The weather was too cold, rainy and windy for the first day, but it somehow changed the next day and we had a wonderful experience of visiting Rose Garden, Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake, Tea factory, Doddabetta Peak, Pykara Falls. The hotel staff was trying to help with as many things as they can, but we can understand due to the cold and windy weather they were at short to help with our requirement. But overall, they were good and helping. The food was amazing though, I will give that. Our next destination was Mysore, Hotel Treebo Akshaya Mahal Inn, We were welcomed by our staff with a warm and delicious breakfast, everybody was hungry, and they just got us what we needed on time. We visited Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hill, Mysore Zoo and were an aww of seeing the historical antiques and the places. The weather was comparatively sunny here, but that just helped us to get over the wind we experienced earlier. The staff at the hotel was so helping and so polite, they had the best room you can get in the budget we have provided. The food was delicious, and I bet everybody enjoyed it more than they can. We relaxed, calmed ourselves and really enjoyed the stay. They even allowed us to play a game till 12 PM on the last night (need to mention that there were other guests in the hotel, I appreciate the generosity). All the people the group had way much fun in the trip and they took a whole lot of photos, attaching some to see the excitement and fun. Overall, I will give a 4 and Half Star for this trip, within the low budget this was the best that you can get. Kudos to trip manager Mr.Akshay Saxena & Mr.Sajjan , the hotel staff and the people who cooperated!

We had planned for Right 4 nights 5 days leisure trip and covered Ranthambore, Chittorgarh and Kumbhalgarh. We received Fiestro details from internet and Asif khan contacted us with multiple options (Read More) on trip packages. Being little choosy we went with many discussion on plan customization which Asia accommodated with patience and helped us to craft the plan exactly the way we wanted. He did all the bookings and other arrangements like safari booking cab hire with precision. He had chosen nice Resorts for us and best rooms which fit our requirements. He was always assuring us on his availability for any issues concern we might have where he will work with one single point of contact. We supposed to have a driver available with us 24/7 and the one picked us from Jaipur informed us he has to leave at evening as no further duty was allocated to him _ this is the only point we had hiccups on trip as we were left alone, but Asif took care of the situation very well and arranged next driver for rest of the trip very fast, by the time we were back from Ranthambore Tiger Safari ( special mention we did see tiger) new driver was present. Prahlad the new one was so cool mature punctual and soft spoken that we were delighted to had such a good company.I have only good things for this trip to share and all credit goes to Asif and Fiestro holidays.Thanks much for your arrangements and I am sure I will come back to RJ to complete Desert Safari part. I had planned a surprise trip for my my spouse and parent to Rajasthan which included the 12 major tourist city and all attraction. The trip was designed for 15 days and covered aprx 2800 kms. I wou (Read More)ld like to convey my sincere thanks to Mrs Debanjana who's able plannings were not only nicely decorated to safely cover each and every points and others in vicinity with adequate time but also beautifully executed to bring back a delightful eternal memories with us. Finally delivery was warped in the bouquet of comfortable stays in the Havelis and Esteemed Resorts which gave the real touch of experiencing Rajasthan's royal charm crafted within economy budget line. Mrs Debanjana was always accessible and provided any sort of information as and when required by us. During the journey we have been accompanied by the driver Mr Rajesh who rendered his sincere and patient services throughout the entire trip and moreover he was a guiding star in the long trip. He do have good driving skills and also have the knowledge of tourist places, he also helped us by arranging local guide wherever required. Overall a delighted experience and nice package designed by Debanjana we will highly recommend Festro HPL for next trip.

We recently did a short 6 day 5 night trip to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer cities and had a great holiday. Ms. Aakansha Jordan was giving us an itenerary plan to our interests and also help for boo (Read More)kings flight ticket and provided excellent hotel stays at traditional havelis. The driver Mr. Rajesh Chaudhary is helpful and we appreciated all their suggested daily schedule wherever needed, so that we could get the best out the trip. I would definitely recommend Fiestro Holidays, with a special thanks to Ms. Aakansha Jordan. The best travel agency. The planning and timing by the agency was great. The Tour was organised in a quite Organised manner. However, Hotel provided at Udaipur was a disappointment. Inspite of instructions that Hotel should be minimum 4 Star, the Hotels at MT Abu, Udaipur (Read More)and Bundi were ordinary, except Ranthomber. Shergarh Ranthomber was excellent. No Guide was provided as required. We were given to understand that the Driver would be well conversant and Informative and good English speaking. However, it was the contrary. But our driver was excellent in his driving skills and very. Co-operative. Otherwise, good. May be will go with them a second time.

All hotel acc (Read More)ommodations were very good , except Qutub Villa at Jaisalmer which was not at par with other hotels . This has to be taken proper care for the subsequent booking in the days to come . As regards driver was perfect gentleman and was rendered sincere services during entire tour . In fact , it is difficult to maintain the scheduled visits as per planned due to time constrained , but still it is enjoyable . Overall experience is good Positive response > It was well organised. > Fiestro was always supportive with all our queries. He used to take us to few shopping centres, where they used to charge us more and give commission to driver. Mr Surindar Singh for Rajasthan trip and Bikram Singh for Punjab. We definitely using fiestro for our next trip. Highly recommend.

The tour and hotel arrangements were very good. The driver was knowledgeable of the sight seeing places and was able to arrange guides timely. Drivers should wear seat belt and drive a little sober c (Read More)onsidering the cattle and barricades on the roads. Music within the van should be to the taste of the guests. Payment with hotels should be confirmed so that the guests are not bothered by the hotel staff.

Not Happy at all with their service,guide arrangements very very poor,only the guide who helped us at the TajMahal was good.No guide for so many important places,then they claim for the tips which was (Read More) very unfair.Otherwise its a waste of money.As per the itinary even the water was not provided.Once we asked for it,then it was provided only once.Very unhappy altogether.

We done a 8 day tour including Delhi, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur and Agra. As a group of 4 person that visited Rajasthan for the first time, we decided to have everything booked as a tour package. W (Read More)e contacted Fiestro holidays and Bane Singh booked everything for us, they got back to us very quickly and the whole process was quite simple and easy. Throughout the tour we were contacted a few times, as they wanted to follow up on our trip and make sure everything was alright. Our driver Ajith, was with us for 7 days, and we could not ask for someone better! He was amazing, always very careful driving and always looking after us throughout the whole journey. Would definitely recommend Fiestro Holidays, and will use them in future when we go back to Rajasthan for another trip.
