3rd class services provided by from the first day all commitments were not fulffilled and not a proper communication was also done in leh and many of the tourist spot was missed in our trip which they (Read More) have decided I would never ever go with this people nor will suggest it to anyone because don't wanna ruin their trip

1) The hand holding is NON EXISTENT. The tour co-ordinators did not meet us in Leh. The car driver was the sole person with whom we have to deal. This is unfair, as the driver is not right person to d (Read More)ecided the matter/ arrange things/ attend to required tasks. So local tour co-ordinators must meet participants personally and see that their needs are well taken care of .
2) We had to pay bill (Rs.460/-) for 5 persons for bed /evening tea provided by the Hotel Antelope . The bill was given to us through hotel helper at 5 am in the morning when we were proceeding to Airport . We had no time to discuss the matter. This is not right. At other places i.e. Nubra valley and Pangong lake , no such charges were levied for tea. Please check this and refund the amount to us.
3) Barring above two incidents, the trip was very good. We would definietely like to associate with the Ezeego in future also.
