Trip to Char Dham
Nice Communication with Tour Operator only.
Our overall experience in actual tour was bad, especially on Hotel Stay's, it was not at all 3 star which we asked at the time finalisation of tour package, hotel stay was extremely bad, mainly on Food, Hot water, Electricity, etc.
Another poor shows from Urbania Driver Mr. Santosh Tripathi, he was very rigid not at all listening our problems in overall 7days trip, Most of time he turned off th (Read More)e AC even on not hilly area, Drive Speed not more than 40KMP, hence we couldn't reached our tour destination on time, due to that we were not able to visit many destination which was mentioned in our itinerary.

We sincerely apologize that your overall experience during the tour did not meet your expectations.
During the package discussion, we had committed deluxe category hotels. In hill destination (Read More)s, proper 3-star luxury hotels are very limited and are generally considered Luxury / Premium properties. We had also shared the luxury package option with you, however the deluxe category package was finalized. Still, we regret that the hotel services did not satisfy your expectations. (We assure you that we don't provide such hotels in future.)
We are also sorry for the behavior issue you faced with the driver, Mr. Santosh Tripathi. (Will take immediate action on this) At the same time, we would like to mention that we upgraded your vehicle to a luxury 1x1 Urbania, whereas the initially discussed vehicle was a normal 2x1 Urbania.
Regarding the driving speed, in Uttarakhand hill areas the standard safe speed limit generally ranges between 25–30 km/h due to steep gradients, continuous blind curves, heavy traffic, and unpredictable weather conditions. Driver safety protocols are followed to ensure passenger safety throughout the journey.
Despite difficult hill driving conditions, we always ensured that you safely reached the hotel every day. In fact, the driver continued driving till around 1 AM on certain days so that the group could reach the destination hotel, even though late-night driving after 10 PM is generally not recommended and often restricted in hill areas for safety reasons.
Nevertheless, if your experience was disappointing, we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will definitely work on improving our services in the future.

Liked the places I visited
It would have been better if the driver was a guide. He never guided us at any of the spots . He did not take us to Narasimha temple and Dharidevi temple. We had to wait for him to get ready every day before leaving to the locations. We were made to wait for more time at a spot to pick us up
