Friends we listen about thugs of Delhi. Now a days Haryana also becomes a Thugs of Haryana. We booked a package tour with Divers India tours Pvt Ltd for 7 days to Shimla, Kuloo, Ma (Read More)nali. They start talking politely before getting money. In hilliareas car driver start closing AC . In Shimla he closed complete AC & open all windows. We say dust are coming in side close window & start ac he say we won't provide ac in hilliareas we travelled around 7 hours without AC and completely tiered till reached at Shimla. After 2 days stay we start travelling to Manali while downing hill they won't start AC we travelled Manali without AC as we pay AC car charged. So before finalizing package put Ac car for all roots even in hilliareas. Because pvt. Cars r travelling with A/c. car Driver intentionally drive slowly to reach at night to do not show any sightseeing. next day they star demanding money to show sightseening of Kuloo . So kept next day for sightseen of Kuloo in u r schedule. When we start travelling from Manali to Delhi destination. It took around 20 to 22 hrs. Horrible thing is that At midnight 12 o'clock driver stop car and say now all of u get down my duty ends here . It was a jungle area. With my family we shocked. Then he start demanding money if u pay 3500/- buck's then we will drop u at u, r destination delhi. We call Divers India tour coordinator Harish . He also start saying drivers day ends at 12 pm. But they never say that in till get his full money.I talked with them he will dropped u at Ur destination. But sorry to say it is milibhagat . Driver say pay me 3500/- bucks then I will drop u at Ur destination Delhi. Otherwise u get down here. So we pay that amount then he start car. My package was ₹91000/- I paid in advance ₹ 73000/- We paid all remaining amount of ₹ 18000/- to the manager of hotel alpas by the word of Harish. Then they start showing his actual colours. starting driver govind drive car slowly by telling fake story of his daughter for her I drive slowly. But after getting money he start with 100 to 120 KMPH. So u kept min ₹10000/- in Ur hands till Ur destination.
Had a terrible experience with driver "Rajinder Kumar". did not feel safe, multiple serious issues with the driver. He always busy on driving on call. Got a really bad driver. My 3 year old daughter v (Read More)omited in the car, then he put the car on the side and went behind to smoking.
Hotels and services provided by Akhilesh ji are good but the driver is useless beyond limits.
I would just like to tell you that if you want to go for a trip in Himachal then do not take the driver "Rajinder Kumar" with you by mistake.

Overall quality and service provided was excellent, Volvo from delhi to shimla and manali to delhi was good, neat and clean. (Read More)
Hotels at shimla and manali were good, rooms were spacious and comfortable, toilets were clean, food provided was not so awesome but it was good.
Cab was in good condition, driver was professional and friendly and cooperated well with us. Overall tour was a great journey .
