Had one of the worst trip/experience with them. I was told all will be of 20s & 30s age grp of people, but all were above 60 retired. I had confirmed it multiple times, I was kept in dark. They just l (Read More)ied about age grp and also no of members in grp exceeded. Initially I was told reach before 14:00 hrs at airport, vechile will pick at sharp 14:00 hrs. I had to wait 5 hrs at airport, Vechile arrived at 7:00pm. No person of agency was at airport to receive nor for any communication. Our SDF was not paid and had to wait again 4hrs till it got paid. No person from agency arrived for communication. Mid trip plan was changed completely and we were given option this or that only one. Bus departure was changed completely on one person and was forced for departure at 6:00 am, which was to be held at 9:00 to 10:00 am. In whole trip, no agency person was with us and was completely left with guide on our us. They doesn't operate as professionals. To make lacuna, which need to be addressed.

Our Bhutan journey with Destination Global Bhutan was truly one of those experiences we will cherish for a lifetime. 🇧🇹❤️ From the very beginning, the entire tour was thoughtfully planned, beautiful (Read More)ly curated and seamlessly managed. A heartfelt thanks to our Tour Coordinator Riya, who took care of every detail so wonderfully, and to our guide Pasang Dorzi, whose warmth, knowledge and friendly nature made our journey through Bhutan even more special. The hotels were simply fantastic, with breathtaking views that made every morning memorable. The vehicle provided was excellent and comfortable, and throughout the trip we felt that everything had been arranged with genuine care. We returned home with beautiful memories and a piece of Bhutan in our hearts. Nothing could have been better than this. Thank you, Destination Global Bhutan, for making our Bhutan dream so special and unforgettable! ❤️🇧🇹 Highly recommended!
