My recent experience with CCH Tour and Travel Company was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did the (Read More)driver engage in dangerous behavior by drinking alcohol while driving, but he also stored his drink in the vehicle’s door pocket, endangering everyone on board.
To make matters worse, the driver deliberately skipped main attractions outlined in our itinerary and then had the audacity to demand extra payment to cover these missed places the next day. Despite our explicit requests and the agreed-upon itinerary, key attractions such as Ganga Maya Park, Hanuman Tok, Tashiding Monastery, and our visit to Yuksom in Pelling were omitted.
Additionally, the vehicle provided was dirty, cramped, and lacked adequate storage space, adding discomfort to an already unpleasant experience. Furthermore, the constant changing of drivers in Sikkim disrupted the flow of our trip and added unnecessary stress.
On the final day, we were left waiting for over an hour in the scorching sun near Jorethang, while the driver attended to personal matters, refusing to use the air conditioning.
CCH Tour and Travel Company’s disregard for safety and unethical business practices are appalling. I strongly advise against using their services.
