Our journey unfolded seamlessly, meeting or even surpassing our expectations. A highlight of our trip was undoubtedly our experience with our guide in Bangkok, Paninee Srikesorn. The only aspect that (Read More)raised a slight concern was our hotel room in Phuket, which was situated across the street from the beach when we had hoped for a beachside location. However, in retrospect, this minor setback didn't dampen our spirits, as we spent minimal time in the room. Additionally, we realized that having a guide in Phuket was unnecessary, as we were quite self-sufficient.
Overall, our adventure was marked by excellence, with the exception of a brief instance of rain during one of our excursions, which was ultimately inconsequential.
Do NOT use this tour company! My wife and I live in Thailand and we wanted to let a company handle the logistics of navigating a tour for 14 members of our family. This was the biggest mistake of our (Read More)time in Asia. Once this crook had our money he completely ignored us until the day of our tour. We could have easily booked all of the events and accomodations ourselves with much less of a headache. At one point we even considered hiring a lawyer in Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.
We still have a family member that requested a refund within the "policy" window and has not received their money. I repeat Do Not use this company. It is a complete scam.
We were a group of 5 have Bangkok and Pataya Tour with Bravo Indochina Tours. Our guide Kay speaks very good english and gave us a great personalized tour adapting to our wishes immediatly. The Sanctu (Read More)ary of truth was one of our highlites of the entire trip to Thailand , it is well worth the 15$ entrance fee. we visited a local market, Buddha Mountain and had lunch in a typical local Restaurant at the beach. We had a great day in Pattaya and I would like to thank Kay and Bravo Indochina Tours very much for his perfect caring for us.
