Excellent package for Goa provided by BMP team. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Will recommend BMP to my friends. Look forward to more such trips to other destinations as well.

Our trip from Kolkata to Gulmarg was planned and delivered without any hiccups. Transparency is what I usually look for, they didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended. Also, Kashmir is Majestic!

We had booked a holiday in Feb-Mar 2023 for travel in the month of May 2023. We were initially asked to pay 1 Lakh (for 2 adults and 1 child) for reserving flight tickets and the rest could be paid ar (Read More)ound 15 days before the trip. Despite this, Shiv and Devraj kept calling repeatedly for full payment much before the agrred payment dates. After receiving our payment, Shiv completely disappered from the scene and stopped taking our calls. We then interacted primarily with Devraj. The itinerary was badly prepared and we asked for changes. We had to followup almost everyday with multiple calls every day to ask for updates. Some documents were sent to us just 4 hours before we were leaving for the airport. How should we print these at the last minute? This was just the start our troubles. Here's a list of things which we had been assured to us. 1. When we reached the airport, we were told that we would have to pay for our check-in bags. We had assumed that this was included. We ended up paying 1200/- per bag to the airline. 2. We were not served meals on the flight when Shiv and Devraj had assured us of meals. 3. When we reached the hotel, we were told that morning breakfast was not inclusive. We had paid for the this. 4. We were told limouzine ride was inclusive. This too did not happen. 5. We were told this was NOT a group tour but except on one day, all other days we were travelling in groups. After all this, we were assured that we would be compensated for all the out-f-pocket expenses that we had to do. It's been onver a month now but there is no sign of any compensation. They are no longer answering our calls. This is definitely a company that should be avoided as they do not live up to their promises.

I have booked 2 packages and both were really bad. I was provided hotels of lower category as mentioned in the package. And on speaking, mr.Devraj asked for more money and I declined so had to adjus (Read More)t with lower hotels. So, will never book again
