• Trip to Manali, Shimla
Bharat Yatra Tour is a very bad tour agency. There is absolutely no transparency in their hotel. Complimentary dinner on arrival. Did not even get a greeting for talking. Had to order dinner from outside. Aloo Paratha and sandwich for breakfast every day. No action was taken even after telling the agency. On the contrary, we were held wrong.

I must say, it was a great and smooth experience with their service. We had an amazing experience on our trip, made even more memorable thanks to the excellent planning. The hotels provided great comfort and service, giving us the perfect place to relax

Please do not book this agency for your trip, especially if you are with family. I have traveled to almost every tourist place in India and never had such a bad experience. They had the poorest servic (Read More)e and the agent we had was so unprofessional and ill-mannered, she never took any responsibility. When we reached Manali, they could not even provide a good driver to take us to the hotel as they had promised. We had to book our own cab which cost us more and they did not even take any accountability for their poor service.
Whenever we made any complaint, our agent would say we were "BACK BIT*HING" about their employees. She could not even take any feedback and screamed at us and cut the phone in the middle of the conversation. We were helpless there. They in fact overcharged us and we had to pay extra money for anything we did. Their drivers are also very unprofessional and ill-mannered. They do not even know how to talk to their clients. They will waste your money and not take you to any good tourist places.
Please do not hire the Bharat Yatras Agency, this is the worst agency you could ever hire. It's a trap.

Trip was satisfying and excellent thanks to ravina negi who arranged some beautiful memories and communication in between trip , i will definitely recommend and worth money

To be honest the services offered were really good and best thing was it was completely hassle free. We got experienced driver and on time checkins and the hotels referred were good with nice location (Read More)s, food and services offered by them.
So you can hire them as they customized the package according to your requirements. Really happy for the efforts made by them and making are tour a memorable one.

Don't fall in Trap they will leave u helpless in mid way of your travel and u have to spent extra money to return back to your destination.
