Thanks for all..it was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed a lot...hope we will come back soon
We booked a weeklong tour of Vietnam with Bamboo Hat Tours, and the entire experience was wonderful. The hotels selected were in fantastic, central locations close to the city center.
Additionally, t (Read More)he team's communication and punctuality throughout the trip were top-notch.
A huge thank you to our agent partner, Sophie, who was incredibly proactive, thoughtful, and attentive from start to finish:
Kid-Friendly Planning: Knowing we were traveling with a 3-year-old, she arranged a water puppet show on Day 1—our toddler was completely captivated the entire time!
Dietary Accommodation: She made sure we had great Indian/vegetarian options during our daily tours, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
Special Touch: We had requested for a train ride from Hanoi to Da Nang the driver dropped us till our train seats before leaving us on her instructions to ensure we were on the right train and the right coach. On our flight from Da Nang to Hanoi she even went ahead checked us in and generated our boarding passes and shared them with us on WhatsApp. On the final day, which happened to be my husband’s birthday, Sophie arranged a complimentary cake waiting in our hotel room.
If you are planning a trip with Bamboo Hat Tours, I highly recommend asking for Sophie—you will be in great hands!
