We went to Munnar Thekkady and Alleppey 5 days and 4 night tour package from October 1st October it was wonderful experience and way really love this journey.
Ashwamedham holidays booked a nice star hotels at Munnar gokulam park and Thekkady also we went to houseboat at Alleppey all are good pleasent feel. There is a falls at Munnar you have to choose separate Je (Read More)ep it is really wonderful and gives thrilling experience who wants to feel the real experience go to the falls using jeep ride.
Also our driver Mr Vishnu has done great job.
Our coordinator Mr.Rajesh has treat us gently.
Transfer from one place to another takes 3 to 4 hrs.

I recently planned a trip to Kerela with Ashwamedham Travels and trust me that this is one of the most sorted travel companies that I have come across. Starting from planning till execution, everythin (Read More)g was just seamless. Mr. Rakesh had been very cooperative and remained in touch with us throughout our journey .
Special mention to our Chauffeur Mr. Niyas for being very patient as we were travelling with a toddler. His driving was super smooth and he made sure that our car was refreshed on daily basis for our comfort.
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them and recommend it to each and every one of you .

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
I had a very poor experience with this travel service during my 4N/5D Kerala trip.
The service was limited to just preparing the itinerary and booking hotels – nothing beyond that. Hotel quality did not match the price paid, and overall arrangements were subpar.
There was absolutely no coordination with the driver. He took us only to pla (Read More)ces he was familiar with, with no proper guidance or support from the agency.
In case of emergencies, they were completely unresponsive and didn’t even bother to take calls. It felt like they were only interested in collecting money, with no concern for customer satisfaction.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience overall.

Team was very courteous and cooperative. Itinerary was crafted very well, and our specific requirements (which were kind of off-schedule) were also addressed. Driver and vehicle provided were very good. Team followed up for every aspect and addressed all the concerns. Unlike other tour operators, they did not insist on full payment before starting the tour.

Poor response, only hotels and resorts were very good, the time taken by cabs, did not allow us to explore any of the places.
It was absolutely a poor show by them, they even did not bother after ta (Read More)king the payments, even the hotelier asked us to pay the entire amount, the moment we checked in, I was surprised that after paying 70 percent, they did not entertained us at Munnar. After talking to Mr. Subramanyam,then only they entertained us. After having a discussion. That online payment will be made on reaching Thakkdi, the person from the office asked me to pay the rest amount in cash, which was all embarrassing. I would not suggest to travel with such a travel agent, who is least bothered about the trip, no feedback on daily basis was not taken. No proper sigh seeing chart is maintained, majority of the time goes in travel and you don't find any time for sight seeing. I will be taking up the matter with Minisitry of tourism, Kerala, that such type of travel agent should not be enlisted and remove them from the travel agent lists. They don't deserve to be the part of this indistry, who spoils the image of the state. They leave behind the message that they have been ditched by them.

Follow up by Marketer and the coordinator of itinerary was at the next level. Real time reply for each and every time. The hotels the provided were really very good. The driver for the car was also t (Read More)he best as we had an infant with us but our Driver Mr. Surya from Madurai served us the best, safe driver, non smoker, no addictions of Pan Masala, Gutkha or tobacco and non alcoholic. As the package includes all parking, bata, toll, hotel etc we need not bother our pocket again and again. I was shocked to see a driver who never demanded food, tea coffee or any tip till end
We found Only one small problem i.e. the stay where they gave no doubt that the breakfast would have been good but we couldn't eat because they had VEG & NONVEG KITCHEN together.
