Our experience with Asia Luxury Travel was truly exceptional, and a huge part of that credit goes to Joa (Read More)nna Tran. Right from the booking stage, Joanna took the time to understand exactly what we wantedâespecially our concerns as we were travelling with a baby. She patiently listened to the itinerary I had planned and then suggested thoughtful improvements, including using three hotels instead of two, while keeping the itinerary almost the same. She even managed hotel upgrades without making a significant difference to our overall budget.
What impressed me most was that Joanna was available 24Ă7 throughout the trip. Whether it was a simple query or an unexpected situation, she was always just a message away and responded with incredible speed and ownership.
Everything after reaching Phu Quoc was equally smoothâairport transfers, local assistance and even upgraded vehicles were perfectly arranged. The island tour was another highlight. Having professional photographers with us, along with drone photography, was such a wonderful surprise and gave us memories far beyond a regular island-hopping experience.
And then came the biggest test on our last evening. We had no clarity about our âKiss of the Seaâ tickets even at 8:45 PM, with the show starting at 9 PM. Joanna immediately jumped in, coordinated everything and got us through the entry just in time. That moment truly showed how seriously she takes her clients.
I am genuinely grateful to Joanna for the care, patience, availability and personal attention she gave us throughout the journey. She didnât make us feel like just another bookingâshe made us feel looked after.
