**DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENT. THEY CAN STOP THE TRIP ANY TIME THEY WANT AND USE HOTELS TO HARASS YOU AT CHECKOUT, RUINING YOUR ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.**
Take your chances with this agent **only** if you have a proper written contract allowing pro-rata payments (in parts) at the end of every day or on alternate days until the last day of the trip. Otherwise, they can abort your trip midway at (Read More) any point — leaving you stranded in remote high-altitude areas with no vehicle, no support, and huge financial loss. This is exactly how risky and dangerous it can get.
I had the worst experience of my life with this travel agent after booking a Spiti trip with them recently.
They promise a lot but deliver very little. A number of things went horribly wrong. Here are some of the major issues, arranged from most serious:
- **1. Payment Threats & Risk of Stranding (Most Dangerous)**:
Sales person **Shivangi** (alias Kriti — they might change names to build trust) assured us on the very first day — both verbally and in writing — that the payment plan would be rectified. It was clearly agreed that a portion (₹10,000–20,000) would be paid at the end of the trip. She promised to send the revised plan but never did, and asked for the 30% booking amount.
On the second payment day, **only after we reminded her of her promise**, she again falsely assured us she would send the revised breakup and made us pay another portion.
At Kaza, **Mr. Mohit** from operations demanded the entire remaining balance. We explained the discussion with Shivangi, but he refused to listen. He rudely said, “Aapko trip jaa rahi hai, achhi payment kya problem hai?” He claimed sales promises don’t count if not in writing. When we asked for call recordings, he became extremely rude and unprofessional, threatened to abort the trip, instructed the driver **not to move**, and wasted nearly an hour until we paid under duress.
**Important Note on Shivangi**: When chaos broke out, she simply disappeared. If she appears, she denies everything, refuses to address points, and only repeats “payment karo”.
- **2. They Use Hotels to Harass You at Checkout, Ruining Your Entire Experience**:
We had paid more than 95% of the total amount, fully covering all hotels. Yet the agent did not pay the properties and lied to them claiming the customers hadn’t paid. This led to harassment and misbehaviour with us at checkout at **The Elisa Resort in Manali** (avoid this property). The hotel manager acted horribly even though the travel agent had made the booking and was responsible for payment.
**This is extremely serious**: The agent deliberately withholds payment to hotels even after taking the full amount (and their commission) and uses the hotels to harass you at checkout, completely ruining your entire travel experience.
- **3. Driver Issues**: They promised a Himachali driver well-versed with the area. We did not get that.
- **4. Driver-cum-Guide Failure**: They promised a driver-cum-guide. He had no clue about the itinerary and shared zero knowledge about any place. In Chandratal, we had to run to the counters ourselves to arrange tickets and catch Boleros — all of which was supposed to be managed by the driver-cum-guide. Instead, he was simply relaxing while we handled everything.
- **5. False Promises on Facilities**: They promised Alpine camps in Chandratal with at least three dedicated toilets. There was only one.
6 They will change the hotels to very subpar one after booking citing lame reasons like issues with maintenance and all.
**Additional Issues**:
- Most hotels were dirty and poor quality. (Only two were good: **Anand's Hotel Himtek in Nako** and **Druk Homestay in Kaza** with nice staff. The rest in Narkanda, Chitkul, Chandratal, and Manali were really bad.)
This is just **some** of what went wrong. I couldn’t mention everything — the experience was far worse, more stressful, and traumatic than described.
**Final Strong Warning**: **Completely avoid this travel agent.** Do not book with them under any circumstances. Even with written assurances, be extremely cautious — **Mr. Mohit and the team can make your trip hell and strand you anywhere in the middle of nowhere and use hotels to harass you**.

It was clearly mentioned on our voucher that you have to pay remaining payment on arrival despite that we have cooperated with you till last day of tour you have clear payment on last day on departure which statement we also have.
Regarding the payment schedule, our booking terms are shared with all guests before confirmation. If there was any misunderstanding during communication, we regret the inconvenience caused. Our team follows the agreed booking policies to ensure smooth coordination with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
As far as driver cum guide concern we have provided best driver which tried his level best but if you are asking for guide for that you have to pay for guide which you had denied because of budget issues while booking this package. All together you have tried your level best to negotiate in amount so you can get better deal in less money and ready for compromise in hotel accommodation. Despite that we have provided you 17 Seater tempo as you have confirmed 12 Seater Tempo Traveller and best hotels above your budget.
If we talk about Chandertaal camping clearely mention about alpine tents and you people are agreed upon this.
All together your review seems false and defamatory and we totally disagree by the claim provided by you and we have certain documents and itinerary which support our statements. Which will be provided if necessary.
