Unsafe, unprofessional & dismissive – Avoid This Travel Agency
What's Not Good: I had an extremely unsettling and unprofessional experience with this travel agency that left me feeling unsafe and unsupported.
I was traveling with my mother and younger (Read More) brother from Delhi - Rishikesh - Dehradun - Mussoorie with a driver arranged by them. After four days of travel, the driver called me late at night while clearly intoxicated—his speech was slurred, and he could barely string a sentence together, he wanted to get in touch with the trip organiser. As a female traveler, I found this not only inappropriate but deeply disturbing.
I immediately contacted the agency (contact person: Vimersh) that night itself, requesting a new driver for our 8-hour return to Delhi the next morning. They said they will try. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave me the transporter’s number next morning, pushing the responsibility onto me. The transporter was equally dismissive—he told me “all drivers drink,” and even questioned me, saying: “Did he do anything to you? Did he say anything wrong? No, right? So what’s the issue?” He told me the driver would “probably be sober” by morning.
How is this acceptable? I don't know the driver personally, nor can anyone assure him being sober.
Despite me clearly stating I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, the agency did nothing meaningful to resolve the issue. I was told, again, to just go with the same driver.
At 9 AM, an hour before our scheduled departure, the agency insisted that the driver was “fine” and I should go ahead with him. At this point, I had enough. I told them I would make my own arrangements, and within 10 minutes, I found a replacement cab on MakeMyTrip and paid ₹7,500 out of pocket.
The agency claimed no other driver could be found on short notice—yet I found one easily. They had more than 10 hours of notice and clearly didn’t want to cover the cost of sending someone else.
This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a complete disregard for guest safety, trust, and professionalism. I would never recommend this agency, especially for solo or female travelers. If something goes wrong, you’ll be left to deal with it on your own.

Our recent trip to Manali with AdventureMania via Travel Triangle was a major letdown. As a group
of three couples, we were looking forward to an unforge (Read More)ttable adventure, but unfortunately, the
experience fell short of expectations.
To begin with, we were promised stays at PLM Dhara in Sissu and Glamp Eco in Sethan. However,
just three days before our trip, we were informed that our stay at Sissu had been canceled, and
instead, we were provided with Nirvana Hampta in Sethan, which was a far cry from the original
Glamp Eco. This meant that the properties we were given did not match what was promised in the
itinerary. The price difference between the property we had been promised and the one we
received was over 15K, which Shivam, the Sales Manager, acknowledged in a phone call. However,
he claimed that the company reserves the right to change the property, which felt like a major
inconvenience and left us feeling cheated.
Another major issue was the 4x4 vehicle we were promised in case of snowfall. We had specifically
booked this to ensure safety and ease of travel during winter conditions. However, when the time
came, we were informed that we would need to pay extra for the 4x4, despite it being part of the
original package. This unexpected cost was frustrating and added unnecessary stress to our trip.
The transportation experience was even worse. The drivers provided were extremely rude and
unhelpful. They dropped us far before the sightseeing spots, forcing us to walk and trek
unnecessarily, which made an already tiring day much worse. To make matters worse, when it was
time for pickup, they asked us to walk an additional 500 meters from our property to meet them.
This was not only inconvenient but also added to the overall frustration of the trip.
We had hoped that Shivam, the Sales Manager & Mr. Sonu Singh his senior at AdventureMania, &
Miss Sunakshi Sharma from Travel Triangle would take our concerns seriously and address them, but
unfortunately, they didn’t take any meaningful action to resolve the issues. Miss Sunakshi Sharma
from Travel Triangle didn’t even bothered to pick the phone throughout our 5 days trip. Their lack of
responsiveness made the entire experience even more disappointing.
All in all, this trip left us feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. AdventureMania’s lack of transparency
and failure to deliver on their promises ruined what should have been a memorable getaway. I
would recommend doing thorough research before booking with them and ensuring all details are
confirmed beforehand. Unfortunately, we will not be using their services again in the future.

Hotel in Nainital not good. Hotel in Mussoorie difficult to reach.
Great experience
Travelled with them for uttarakhand. They upgraded our car from desire to Nexon which was very comfort. Things arranged were quite smooth. Akash ji was always there listen to us during the trip.

Uttarakhand trip
Booked family trip with adventuremania. I got dedicated agent ashutosh who planned my trip. He is very clear about the hotels and itinerary. Our cab also broke down but they replaced it within sometim (Read More)e. Overall good company to plan your trip with.

I was traveling with parents and kid which I informed earlier as well.
-They THREATENED and STOPPED in between the CAB and didn't not mov (Read More)e when we raised concerns that breakfast was delayed to 12.30pm since no shops and driver was not aware of places. (This was already conveyed one night before to VIMERSH however nothing was done).
-We ourselves had to plan sightseeing!
- We were informed that for 2-3 days in AULI the food was nonveg and then we get to know that they didn't bother to inform the stay and we had to have veg. ( Additionally then we ordered ourselves).
-We kept asking the stay confirmation details but was never shared.
In the whole trip they were so irresponsible inspite of we calling and informing the foreseen issues about no planning.
****These guys Only gave a cab with a driver, who never travelled to these places! Our whole travel was horrible and scary experience instead of relaxation!
Worst Travel Experience with Adventuremania
I had Kerala trip booked through Adventuremania in Dec 23.Extremely poor service from the agent Adventuremania (Mr Sonu Kumar). Also extremely poor service from Travel triangle in terms of support. He (Read More)nce I will never book travel from either one of you ever in future.
- Firstly no cooperation from Agent side. He doesnt pick up calls or replies to chat. Extremely rude behaviour at times.
- Agent is very very badly organised. He didn't send final hotel list or contact persons till last moment even after repeatedly asking 100 times. Adding to that had wrong trip dates mentioned in voucher.
- Secondly even after full payment before trip the agent demands more money through hotels and drivers. This is really shady and has to be investigated.
- Agent mentioned delux rooms in quote and last day cheated and provided standard rooms saying they are default and he cannot do anything about it.
- Provided beautiful photos of houseboat only to find that houseboat provided was extremely average, room very congested and food of low quality.
This Adventuremania agent has to be blacklisted.
Travel triangle support is really lousy and they failed miserably in helping in my travel issues and coordinating with the agent. Travel triangle has no control and no power over agents.
This was my last trip ever with Adventuremania and Travel triangle.

Trip duration 5 night 6 days 26th Dec cost 48230 ..you got all the hotels as committed even 6 am check inn (Read More) at kochi ..( 3 feedback calls during the trip and we have the recording ..car over used till 10 pm almost everyday ..car on time ...you did not pay the car overused ..as well..itinerary shared way before..what else do you expect ..if you book for deluxe and look for suit and you it's dame hotel can't do anything sir...
