Trip to Kerala

We had an amazing experience with our driver, Shanavas! He was very polite, friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. His driving was smooth and safe, and he made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate his excellent service and positive attitude. Thank you, Shanavas, for making our journey such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! 7c destination all staff (Read More)are very helpfull and addressed all our issues. Hotels were good except Kanyakumari.
Overall, the accommodations felt quite dated, and I unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel in Kanyakumari. I’d suggest updating the hotel options to properties with newer facilities and better-maintained amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

7c Destinations replied26 Oct, 2026

Dear Sir

We’ll be sure to share your (Read More)kind words with him. We’re also happy to know that our team was helpful and addressed your concerns throughout the trip.

We sincerely apologize that the hotel in Kanyakumari did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the hotel facilities and maintenance is valuable to us, and we will review our accommodation options to improve the experience for our future guests.

Thank you for choosing 7C Destinations and for helping us improve our services. We look forward to welcoming you again and providing you with an even better experience!

Trip to Kerala

We had availed only cab service, given driver was a nice and organised man.
Communication could have been better if the driver was thorough with either English or Hindi.

Trip to Madurai, Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari, Trivandrum, Tamil Nadu, India, Kerala, Dhanushkodi, Kovalam, Varkala

We had a very good experience with 7C Destinations during our South India family trip covering Trivandrum, Kanyakumari, Rameswaram and Madurai. The trip was memorable, and my parents were happy and comfortable throughout the journey. A special thanks to Rashmitha for being so supportive, patient and responsive. She was always ready to help and tried her best to resolve any issues we faced. Overall (Read More), the trip was well managed, and we got to enjoy many beautiful places and create wonderful family memories. Thank you to the team for making this trip special for us.
One area that could have been improved was the driver's knowledge of the destinations and the overall itinerary. We expected the driver to have a better understanding of the places we were visiting and to provide some basic information and guidance. However, most of the time, we were only dropped off at the locations, and we had to ask questions ourselves. In places like Kanyakumari, Rameswaram an (Read More)d Madurai, the driver was unable to answer many of our questions. Having a knowledgeable driver who could guide us better would have made the experience even more enjoyable. Apart from this, we had a good trip and appreciate the support provided by the 7C Destinations team.
