I honestly didn’t feel like even calling you, but still I am maintaining my professionalism and would like to clarify our side, as your review is not completely clear.
Th (Read More)e hotels were booked by you directly. From our side, we only provided the cab service. The total cost from our side was ₹12,000/-. Out of this, you paid ₹2,000/- to our account and the balance ₹5,000/- was paid directly to the driver.
The hotel you booked was located in a difficult off-road area, making access quite challenging. Despite this, our driver ensured you were dropped safely at the location and also covered all the sightseeing points included in your program.
Since you were two ladies travelling, I specifically arranged a good and reliable driver for you and provided an Ertiga SUV for your comfort and safety. You reported your issue to us only on the 3rd night at around 11 PM via WhatsApp. At that time, you were scheduled to travel to Alleppey the next morning, and there was also heavy rain. In your message, you mentioned that the driver was driving fast and rushing.
However, on the same 3rd day, while travelling from Thekkady to Alleppey, you had called me and stated that the driver was driving very slowly. Please understand that the Thekkady–Alleppey route involves downhill roads and, due to heavy rain, it is not safe or possible to drive at high speed.
When the vehicle was stopped at a petrol pump for refueling, you suddenly got down from the car and insisted that you would not continue the journey in that vehicle. When I tried to contact you, you did not respond. We had already arranged another cab for you in Alleppey, but your actions at that time were not appropriate.
We handle a large number of guests and always ensure proper service from our side. We have clearly presented our position. Additionally, an amount of ₹5,000/- is still pending from your side. The company has also filed a formal complaint at the local station regarding this matter.

I spoke with the driver regarding this matter. The children are 4 years and 3 years old. There was no issue with them sitting in the front initially. However, they damaged the seat handrest and scratched/pulled the seat rexine with their hands. Because the child was sitting in the front and doing such things, the driver asked the child to sit in the back seat.
At the same time, the driver made a video call to the operations team and showed them the situation.
At 7C Destinations, guest safety and comfort are our top priority. We will review this matter internally and ensure stricter driver screening and proper counseling before assigning them to family trips.

Firstly, the cab service was provided on time, and there were no delays. In fact, the driver reported early and picked you up at 5:00 AM as scheduled.
Secondly, at the time of booking, our sales executive clearly informed you that the payment was to be completed on the second day after check-in. However, this payment was not made as agreed. Due to this, the situation escalated to a point where the cab had to be stopped to settle the pending amount, which was avoidable had the payment been completed on time.
We always strive to provide smooth and professional service, and timely coordination from both sides is essential to ensure a hassle-free experience.
